When we got in the room the room gave off a bad smell. It was very dirty! Dirty sheets. Everything was dirty and nasty.

Next time...use a tent at the swap meet

The room was dirty...sticky floor. I could not walk to the dirty bathroom, with using my slippers. (Which i had to clean before i set foot in my home) The bathroom was filty in the corners...and no shampoo. No bathmat...just gross

The first room I had was completely disgusting. Dog prints on the sheets and blankets. Scratches on the chair, the shower was filthy. Luckily, Ms. Michelle was fantastic she changed, my room with no hesitation. Mr. Ken also extended an apology. I have been to this hotel twice and both experiences were a delight. This time it was completely horrible.
