We had a very long journey and were very tired Olin arrival, we were greeting by a lovely receptionist, it was quite late in the evening so we were thrilled to see the room service options, had a lovely meal, wonderful sleep on extremely comfortable beds, breakfast was delightful as were all the staff. The hotel is a bit older building, however the rooms have been updated and are extremely clean and spacious. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful! We had concerns with our mattress due to my husband’s bad back and they immediately provided a different room with a former mattress. If staying in Mold, I would recommend this location. Lovely 25 min. walk into the town.

Really nice couple of days, staff and servuce was amazing, food was excellent, outside areas to sit and relax, only real issue is with the rooms, really dated in need of a refurb.

Had a very enjoyable stay. 💕 Very friendly staff on check in & service with a smile goes along way these days. Not really a criticism but the Decor was a bit dated but runs in theme of the Hotel I suppose 😊 Room was very spacious and plenty of storage. Bathroom was clean and the Shower was great, powerful & hot 👍 Towels were nice & soft which I love in hotels. Smart TV which was just great if you wish to log onto your Netflix, Prime, BBCIplayer, ItvX etc or you can use your fire stick. 😉 We dined for lunch in the onsite restaurant and the service there was just as the reception was, friendly & smiley ☺️ Food was nice & reasonable priced👍 I slept very well but found mattress to be a tad lumpy for me and again this is not a criticism but merely a suggestion for maybe a mattress topper just for added comfort. 😉 The breakfast was just fantastic lots & lots to choose from with a buffet style as you would expect(sausages were superb 👌) We were greeted by a lovely host asking if you had stayed before & if you had not, she explained were everything was and for you to enjoy your breakfast 😘 Check-out was just like check-in was, with a smile and a "Have a safe journey home". All in all I would definitely stay here again when visiting Mold. 💖

A very warm welcome speedy check in. Room spacious, clean and very comfortable. Coffee tea, kettle in room. Breakfast buffet plentiful and good choice. Staff friendly. Bar service really friendly. Good evening menu very prompt service good value and meals good quality. Have stayed several times great location to visit family in mold.

Could do with an electrical check

It was fine. The staff were very helpful and happy to help. Firstly about the room - the shower was terrible! It would not run the water quick enough for my wife to wash her hair so we had to wash it under the taps. Then it wouldn’t turn off properly and just kept dripping. Eventually it stopped after a while. We also only had one full sized towel in the bathroom. I did ask for more towels but none ever came. Now for the electrics. The phone in the room didn’t work properly when we tried to call reception. Then in the morning, the coffee machine would not work and it turned out the plugs didn’t work and simply plugged it into another socket. There was a clothes press on the wall that must have been from the 70s or 80s. The room was nicely sized but very old fashioned. The bed was not very comfortable at all and just had a thick duvet during the hottest days of the year. The pub attached to the hotel was good. I personally would not stay again, but would suit an older couple maybe.

Beaufort Park

Just a one night stay for work reasons. Fine for an overnight stay. Decent size room. Old fashioned furniture but in excellent condition so charming in its way. Bathroom looked modernised and was an over bath shower which is a plus as I like to have a choice. Comfy bed. Can't comment on bar/restaurant facilities as I didn't use them but in room menu looked reasonably priced.

The reception staff were lovely and helpful. The room left a lot to be desired. The family room smelled musty, no fridge, bunks the rocked and uncomfortable. Bathroom hot water took 10 minutes to heat up ( no exaggeration), one pump soap for body wash/shampoo, whole room was dated.

The hotel is exceptional clean with first class staff and service. Superb breakfast. Building is dated with no atmosphere. Ok for a one night. More geared for functions.
