The UHC MAGRANERS residential complex is ideal for a relaxing beach holiday.



It is located a few minutes' walk from Cristal Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Dorada awarded the Blue Flag. It is perfect for families with children: crystal-clear turquoise waters, fine golden sand, a seafront promenade with restaurants, beach bars, playgrounds and many nautical activities.



If you want to discover the surroundings, you'll be delighted to know that in less than 30 minutes by car, you'll be in the centre of Tarragona, Reus or PortAventura.



DISTRIBUTION:

A spacious summer house distributed over 2 floors.



The ground floor has:



- Exterior terrace/porch of about 12 m2 with garden furniture.

- Small private garden with barbecue. (For hygiene reasons, the grill is not available)

- Pleasant living room with access to the terrace and garden.

- Well-equipped independent kitchen.

- Bedroom with 1 double bed with built-in wardrobes.

- Full bathroom with bath/shower.



On the upper floor there are:



- Double bedroom en suite with bathroom with bathtub and terrace.

- Bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk beds) and a double bed with built-in wardrobes.



GOOD TO KNOW:

- No group bookings are accepted.

- Seasonal outdoor community pool.

- This house is not accessible to wheelchair users. There are steps at the entrance.

- Perfect for a family holiday near the beach.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. Key collection is done at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant details required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

Nous avons trouvĂ© une location trĂšs sale.Impossible de se servir du balais qui Ă©tait cassĂ©, a ce jour ont attend toujours l'agence qui devait nous en livrĂ©r un, jamais arrivĂ©.Le petit sĂšche linge tellement rouillĂ© que n'ont n'avons jamais mis un vĂȘtement.Le lave vaiselle ne fonctionne pas, la vaiselle sortait aussi sale aprĂšs le cycle.Un matelas d'une chambre tellement sale que je vous joint une photo.Et le canapĂ© horriblement sale, nous y avons mis un plaide pour pouvoir s'assoir

Nous avons passer une trĂšs bonne semaine en compagnie d'un couple d'ami, 3enfants , deux de 2ans et un de 7ans. Le logement est fonctionnel, grand salon,petite cuisine,terrasse extĂ©rieur avec barbecue, avec un petit jardin clĂŽturer. Piscine collectif, bien entretenu, chaude, endroits calme, gens respectueux,mĂȘme si nous Ă©tions avec des enfants qui Ă©tait surexcitĂ©e !!! A 10min a pieds de la plage et de tout commoditĂ©s, restaurant commerces etc...

PremiĂšre fois que nous rĂ©servons avec Abritel, je suis assez déçu. Impossible de vous contacter Ă  notre arrivĂ© sur les lieu car mĂ©nage plus ou moins fait correctement au niveau sanitaire ( abatant WC casse, cheveux baignoire....) Mobilier déçu, canapĂ© sale avec sable et vieux pas utilisable pour un couchage, cuisine lave vaisselle trĂšs vieux les propriĂ©taires doivent prĂ©voir un changement rapide. Votre annonce et photos ne correspondent pas au rĂ©elle. Le plus a Ă©tĂ© calme et proximitĂ© de la plage. Pour le tarif les conditions des prestations sont Ă  revoir 2037.30€ pour 7 nuits !!!!!! Cordialement.
