Agriturismo il Capoverso is an ancient Tuscan farm surrounded by olive groves, in a quiet and peaceful position, 1 km from the historic center of Monte San Savino, a medieval village and ideal crossroads for visiting Arezzo, Siena, Florence, Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Perugia and their enchanting territories.
Over the years we have created a welcoming place to live, taking care of centuries-old olive trees, planting ancient varieties of fruit, growing vegetables and raising bees, all with natural methods, respecting the environment.

Today we are pleased to offer you a housing solution consisting of two apartments with fine finishes.
These apartments are separate but if necessary communicating through an internal staircase that leads to the large living room on the ground floor.
This solution is ideal for family groups or friends and can accommodate up to 9 people.

PT:
- two double bedrooms each with private bathroom,
- an eat-in and equipped kitchen (equipped with dishwasher, electric oven and pedestal fridge / freezer, dishes)
- a large living room which leads to the external garden through a sliding window. Here there is a table where you can dine on cool summer evenings and a large lawn to play.

In addition to the internal staircase, it is also accessed by a graceful external staircase with a small terrace.
It consists of a large double bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with kitchenette (equipped with a 4-burner stove, fridge with small freezer, microwave oven, dishes). The living room is also equipped with a sofa with two single beds (both with real mattress, one of which is a foldaway).

Free unlimited Wifi is active in all rooms and near the hotel.
There is also a nearby laundry room with washing machine, ecological detergent, drying rack, iron, ironing board available for guests.
The structure is supplied complete with bed linen, towels, kitchen towels and pool towels.
Weekly linen change is carried out.

POOL:
We have at your disposal a large swimming pool of 15x5m, located in a sunny and private position, with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills.
There is a shaded patio, solar heated shower and wooden fence for the little ones.

During your stay you can taste our superior quality extra virgin olive oil, produced with the internal oil mill, but also collect the ripe fruit and vegetables from the garden, as well as savor our wildflower honey.
