Ocean Coral Spring - All Inclusive offers 513 accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature free minibar items and laptop-compatible safes. Rooms open to balconies. This individually decorated and furnished accommodation has separate sitting areas and includes double sofa beds. Beds feature down duvets and premium bedding. 55-inch LED televisions come with premium cable channels. The resort is beautiful. I was privelage guest and was most treat like i wasnt suppose to be there. Restaurants mostly. The air went out on our last night stay. Had to have my birthday dinner in a restaurant privilege and reservation only dinning sweltering heat. And it didnt get better. Went to room to change after sweating out my clothing. My room was at also hot. When call guest services no accommodation only excuses. I wouldn't purchase the privilege if you actually looking forward to butler services offered in pkg. Butlers do not stay on property.

Beautiful property with varied activities. Built in 2019. Staff is very friendly. We paid for the privilege room so that came with extrs perks. Bring swim shoes because the property is in Falmouth on the Caribbean sea and the sea bed is rocky. And make sure you book transportation. It’s about 40 minutes from the airport. We would definitely visit again, by God's grace.

This is the worst five stars hotel I have ever been in Jamaica. While I'm a Jamaican living overseas, I went there to celebrate my bestie 50th birthday. The welcome staff were great! Angie was exceptional! Omg we had a group several people and every room we had weren't good. The odor coming from these rooms are unpleasant. Maintenance horrible, Martha's Market also horrible, as a Jamaica nothing about the food there was good. I personally would never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Most of the staffs of Martha's Market look upset, or discuss with their jobs, or management. I've worked as a housekeeper for quite sometimes. Food and beverage a number of years, I'm acquainted with the general operations of a hotel. Those Junior suites SUCK! Dirty and stinky, a hotel founded four to five years ago should have not run down so fast. Never ever again!

Beautiful Resort, Great Food and Service!

We stayed in the Privilege Ocean Front room at Ocean Coral Springs and overall had a wonderful experience. The Privilege benefits were worth it—especially the lounge and the private beach area, which gave a more relaxed and exclusive feel. Housekeeping came twice a day, and the mini bar was always stocked, which made the stay even more comfortable. The butler service was excellent—every time we called, our butler responded quickly and took care of what we needed without delay. The food and drinks were consistently good throughout the resort. I couldn’t quite tell if they were using premium alcohol for cocktails, but the quality was still enjoyable. Overall, the resort delivered on service, comfort, and food. The Privilege option made a big difference in enhancing the experience, especially with the lounge, beach access, and attentive butler service. I’d definitely recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-serviced vacation in Jamaica.
