Ocean Coral Spring - All Inclusive offers 513 accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature free minibar items and laptop-compatible safes. Rooms open to balconies. This individually decorated and furnished accommodation has separate sitting areas and includes double sofa beds. Beds feature down duvets and premium bedding. 55-inch LED televisions come with premium cable channels. Bathrooms include a shower with a rainfall showerhead and a hydromassage showerhead, complimentary toiletries and hairdryers.

Guests can surf the web using complimentary wireless Internet access. Business-friendly amenities include desks and telephones. Additionally, rooms include complimentary bottles of water and a ceiling fan. Housekeeping is provided on a daily basis.

First day at Ocean Coral Spring, room extremely loud, only one key provided (told “no keys for kids”), crib for my 2-year-old never delivered despite two requests, daughter’s armband disabled leaving her locked out, poor customer service and no response from front desk. You need a card to get towels, however, one was not provided at check in.

I really enjoyed my stay at the property - It was beautifully maintained with clean and comfortable accommodations. The landscaping was luah and tropical which made it deel so relaxing. I especially appreciate how peaceful the surroundings were and how friendly and attentive the staff was. The location made it easy to enjoy the beach, pool and attractions.

There were two good places to eat on the resort local flavors. The rest were ok to not so good. Some of the better food options were ala cart, not part of the all inclusive. Premium liquor was not at all bars and you had to call for wait staff, none working the grounds. The brochure call this resort a 24 hour resort. The majority of the bars close at 10:00 3 of them close at two and the are no where near the beach. All in all I didn't think it was a well managed facility. Its a shame as it is a great location lots of potential. I will not be going. Back. I have been to 6 resorts this is 5th in my opinion.

Our vacation got off to a rough start with an incredibly long check-in process that took over 5 hours. When we finally got to our room, we found several issues: the bed and furniture were wet, the linens were dirty, the door was damaged, and both the TV and fridge were not working. The technician left our room after 10:00pm on the first day. Housekeeping was inconsistent we weren’t provided with enough towels or washcloths throughout our stay. Sheets and pillow cases weren’t changed. When it comes to food, the best cultural dining experiences we had were at Sugar Cane and Red Snapper both are worth a visit. However, breakfast service (available from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM) was disappointing. If you arrive after 9:30 AM, you may find limited food options and miss out on many of the cultural dishes entirely. Our “privilege” accommodation and butler communicated through WhatsApp, we weren’t greeted or met anyone that followed up or ensured we were being accommodated. However the property is very beautiful and the rooms are very modern compared to other resorts in Jamaica.

The family side was nicer than the other block. The rooms were also cleaner and less worn. The pools are large, not cramped. The water park was nice for the kids. Loved the dinning options.

Buffet food needs to be hot at the Martha’s market. Housekeeping needed to be on point in giving more towels and toiletries. I had to wait 3 hours for fresh towels a few nights.

This five star all-inclusive resort was wonderful and I would recommend booking a vacation stay there again! The pool staff catered to your every need with lounge chairs, choice of beverage, pool games, and upbeat music; the pool was humongous and had a capacity of 2,012 people. Some residents in the privilege section had a private row of pool water outside their hotel rooms. For the main pool area, they had a special shaded pool area with cabanas and lounge chairs. The resort had nice amenities, all you can eat food dining options, and international cuisines like ra, Thali, Sugar Cane, Route 66, and Laconda. However, you had to give your room number and last name each time you dined. There was a movie theater, bowling, disco dance room, sports bar, live reggae band, a lazy river, and a beach that was steps away! They even had a kids waterpark too! At times, internet connectivity was poor, and we had to wear a resort bracelet at all times to identify ourselves as guests.To get a blue pool towel we had to present a special card that they kept until we returned it. If the towel or card isn't returned then the replacement fee was $150 USD. It would have been better to just have those stocked in the hotel rooms. The hotel elevators were narrow a did not have good air ventilation. Upon check out, once they remove your hotel bracelet, you have limited time to vacate the premises. If not, they continue to check on you to inquire for safety reasons and to ensure you are a guest.

Customer Service is subpar, the staff is unbothered and unwelcoming. The food is good but you must catch at time servered or you will miss out. The room service and late night snack options are greasy and mediocre. However the property is nice and amenities are good.
