Ocean Coral Spring - All Inclusive offers 513 accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature free minibar items and laptop-compatible safes. Rooms open to balconies. This individually decorated and furnished accommodation has separate sitting areas and includes double sofa beds. Beds feature down duvets and premium bedding. 55-inch LED televisions come with premium cable channels. Bathrooms include a shower with a rainfall showerhead and a hydromassage showerhead, complimentary toiletries and hairdryers.

The food and drinks were amazing and there was a variety of options overall . The Mini bar stayed stocked , I would say in regards to customer service some of the staff were friendly and welcoming and other were passive aggression and would benefit from a course on therapeutic and open communication . Transportation should be provided to and from the airport for a decent price and there should not be an additional daily cost to access the Adult only all inclusive restaurants

Enjoyed our stay, second time visiting this resort with young children. Great resort for keeping the kids entertained at the pool and waterpark, they loved swimming around the beach too. Plenty of food options and easy to walk the resort with a great design of a central boulevard where most restaurants and activities are conveniently located.

I would love to give this resort 5 stars because it is truly an amazingly beautiful resort with many wonderful amenities. The food and food service staff are amazing. But the front desk and room service staff is a whole different story. They are extremely rude, condescending and have no desire to assist you in any way. For example, We asked for towels for multiple days and it was like we were asking for gold. I had to sneak into a service closet and look for towels myself. Insane. Just mean and rude. It’s a shame that they give suck a good quality resort such a terrible face smh.

Hair all over room floor during check in. Dirty dinning areas. Terrible service through property, conflicting information from the front desk and management. Dinner reservations not respected, restaurants only at 1/4 capacity but they will not seat anyone else. Don’t waste your money, at the end you will spend the same or more vs better Caribbean destinations like punta Cana DR. If you still go, expect to be upsold/up charged for everything.

Check in took over an hour. Restaurants didn’t open on time, almost 30 minutes late. They made us wait outside in the heat. The Family gaming room was being used by staff and they told my child that they were testing the games and he could play after them. The main pool closed around 4pm on one of our days to add chemicals. Room request was made a month in advanced for a family with special needs children. Follow up request was made two weeks before, but was not honored at the property after being told by resort front desk agent that they could give us an adjoined room. The next day they were able to change our room to accommodate our situation. There were constant apologies from management, although our experience was less than desirable.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! I visited this resort with my husband and kids three years ago and the service was great. Took a group of 13 back this year to celebrate a 40th birthday and it was AWFUL. The resort itself has not been kept up. The fixes in the rooms are shoddy, paint was splattered all over the floor. Service at all restaurant was hit or miss, for the most part the customer service was bad. No air in main buffet. When you visit an all inclusive you expect them to have what’s on the menu. I also expect food/drinks not to run out every day! That’s exactly what you experience at this resort. They literally tell you no when you ask for something and then you have to push before they say they are out of it. A few quick examples of the bad customer service: The coffee shop never had chai tea all 5 days we were there even though it’s on the menu. Every night they ran out of ice cream at the ice cream parlor although that’s all they serve there. My niece order chai tea at the Indian restaurant and she was served it (go figure they actually had chai tea on the resort) but when my nephew ordered it 15 mins later he was told they were out. His sever, Britannia was all around rude and unfriendly. We had 3 tables at Route 66 and all 3 of our servers were rude and honestly acted like they didn’t want to be there. The bartender, Chevon, in the sports bar literally ignored someone in my party who ordered shots and went on to flirt with women at the bar and make other drinks.

Originally I booked a King Bed, Privilege Suite. When I arrived at the resort, Ocean Coral Spring, I was placed in a double bed room. I consulted with the front desk receptionist about what I booked, versus what I received. I was told that the rooms are on a first come basis. Reminded that I booked this vacation/suite months (mostly 7-10 months ago). I have never had this issue before. Previously, whichever room I choose on Hotels.com (there are choices, so I do not understand why I was told a first come basis) I have always received. This issue took the resort 3 days to fix. My husband and I had to sleep in a cramped up double bed for 3 days. This was very disappointing 😞 We only enjoyed our sleep 2 nights out of the 5 nights I booked.
