Everything was fine but the heat in our room left a lot to be desired! We slept in our clothes because it never got warm! Not much for blankets either and we normally sleep with our windows slightly open at the head of our bed at home even when it is below zero!!!

They are remodeling the hotel never told us when we booked the room . Cant bring outside food into hotel they say it is hotel policy. When checked in staff was very rude. Rooms where clean . Down by pool they are laying new tile so it is a dusty mess . They dont have bathroom by pool open and water fountains. Not cleaned off from tile dust . Whoever they have doing tiling they arent cleaning up after them self. Very disappointed. Not happy at all .

We extended our stay one night the desk person called and then came to our door to sign paperwork after 9:00pm this was inconvenient since we are from a different time zone and needed to be on the road early.

We booked a suite to host a holiday gathering and are greatly disappointed with what we experienced. Upon checking in, we could see that they were doing some sort of renovation or repairs in the lobby and main hallway. Half the ceiling is gone, exposing wires and plumbing. Plaster and garbage was all over the place. Ladders left in the hallway and the walkways covered in paper mats that had a layer of plaster & dirt all over them. When we got into our room and it was much smaller than expected, they could not accommodate moving us to a different room or two adjoining ones, so we had to settle on one that was nearby. We booked the suite in particular for the jetted tub only to find that the actual jets did not work. We did not discover this until late evening and would be unable to change rooms if one was even available. The staff was mostly pleasant, but only offered for us to take it up with Hotels.com. They did say they would have maintenance look at the tub (no help to us) and have the manager contact us about it. We have not had any contact with the manager so far.
