The rooms at this property desperately need a refresh. The lobby and facilities are adequate, but the rooms (I have stayed in 3 different rooms recently) are shaggy and need improvement. All 3 rooms i stayed in had issues with the toilet, and shower temperature control/flow rate (I am picky about these facilities as I travel a lot, and I am a plumber by trade). Carpets were worn and loose/torn in some spots, walls and furniture showed signs or wear and damage. Beds were not great. I like Marriot and I have stayed at many Delta hotels accross the country, but it is doubtful I would stay at this property again, unfortunately.

The staff was awesome! Friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Hotel is well-located, central to everything and near two subway stations. I would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend.

The room was spacious and clean the beds were comfortable. My only critiques is the elevators were extremely slow. I waited almost 5 minutes for one. The pool is on the main floor which is a bit embarrassing to go downstairs infront of everyone in your bathing suit. I wish there were robes in the rooms.The towels at the pool were small and shabby looking and very rough on the skin. Other than that the staff was friendly and helpful and the location is near many restaurants and attractions. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay. The only issue was constantly having to wait in line for the elevators since one was broken. Not that big of a deal though it caused tension and drama to the guests in line.
