What a great place and service. The amenities are amazing. I did not think the restaurant meal was to the level to the quality of the hotel and there were no alterations possible, they told me it's all pre-made ready to be done the way it's meant. I'm a nursing mother so I can't have spicy and had couple kiddos w me so it would be helpful to be able to get just a simple protein made for them. A printed menu in the room would be helpful (even tho I know it's so last century:-) Thanks to all the front desk staff for being welcoming and supportive of me arriving w children. I travel for business all the time and felt like this was a top notch service. Thanks!!

I booked the Shashi hotel because I was attending a concert at Shoreline Ampitheater. It is walkable which was the reason for booking, but there’s also an option of renting bikes to get to the show. The hotel is beautifully designed with extra perks that haven’t seen offered in comparable hotels in a long time. I will definitely book again next time I’m attending a show at Shoreline.

Wow! Loved everything about this hotel. We went to the Rebelution concert at the Shoreline Amphitheater & it was a very close walk to the venue. Super convenient! I even forgot my phone in the hotel room after I had already checked out and the front desk staff was very courteous & helped me promptly to recover my phone. Thank you. We’ll be back for sure for the next concert !
