Nice and clean room next to the station. It's a self check in hotel so not much interaction with staff. Breakfast is possible in the partner hotel across the street which was good. They give an option to skip daily cleaning with a 10 euro voucher usable in the partner hotel which was a nice touch. The bathroom fittings could be better. The shampoo/soap bottles were old and hard to press. The rain shower had little pressure. But overall a good stay.

Close walk to all you want to see!

Super Clean quiet, great location close to the train station. I could walk to old town easily and safely. This is a self check in hotel so there’s no one to ask questions. But it was a great value and all I needed.

This hotel has no lobby and no one on site to check you in. Despite receiving an email earlier in the day with an access code, the self-service check in did not let us check in. We had to walk across the street to a different hotel to get checked in. On the bright side, the rooms were clean and comfortable. We would probably stay here again.

There is no reception staff at this hotel—everything is handled online, including check-in, check-out, and special requests. While this may reflect the future of hospitality, the reality was less than ideal. The self check-in machine is located in a narrow, dirty entrance, and there’s only one device available. It felt cramped, and I saw several unhappy guests waiting their turn. The room itself was very small and not clean. We had to set up the extra bed ourselves, and even basic requests like toilet paper or bedding had to be submitted via an email link. If you’re not comfortable with technology, I would not recommend this hotel. The only thing I like is there is a small and good restaurant beside the hotel for breakfast and lunch.

Unfortunately 3 stars! The location and condition were excellent! It was close to the train station and walking distance to Old Town Munich. It was clean and comfortable. My problem is it felt a bit like bait and switch. I booked the king suite after looking at the choose your room pictures. We were staying awhile and saw that it had a kitchenette... Perfect! When we checked in, the kitchenette was locked up tight and when we asked about it we were told it was an extra 20 euro a night to use it.Very frustrating! Be wary of room picures and what you will actually get.

Efficient faceless check in. Excellent voucher incentive to avoid room cleaning service, 10E to use at Kings hotel across the road. Room was spacious, well equipped with kettle, fridge and microwave, great bathroom and shower and toiletries.
