The rooms were fine but staff at checkin were subpar at best. We asked for luggage storage and did not feel confident that our luggage would be there when we returned. There was not accountability for whose luggage it was or how they were being stores. There was an automated check in machine that they fully wanted everyone to use. All staff at the front desk were on their phones during all interactions. Not impressed with front desk staff at all. The location was great for us for Oktoberfest but I would not stay again.

Staff barely spoke to us, granted we only speak English but there wasn’t any acknowledgement from staff as we came in and left. Place was clean and safe and was ok for a few nights, but it’s a shame some basics like a kettle, a small fridge, or some glasses weren't included in the room. It wasn’t even possible to get some ice.

Good value for money

Things that we liked most: - Very comfortable beds. - Very convenient location to use public transportation. Metro station is just 100 meters away. - Breakfast at a reasonable price. The only thing not so great was that the room space was small even though they tried to use it smartly by using bunk beds and hangers on the wall. Overall we had a comfortable staying for a reasonable price.

This is a great budget option, clean, good location, comfortable beds. Kids liked the bunk beds. Right next door to bakery and grocery store. A couple minutes walk to several public transportation options.

This hotel is a little further outside of the city center, but it was easy to get everywhere because there are train and tram stations close by. The hotel seems new, and the room was clean and comfortable. There was A/C. We’d stay here again!
