My husband and I traveled for the champions final. Train station 7-8 min walk from property. Scooters and bikes always available. Place super clean. Lenny the guy at the lobby was super helpful and extremely nice. He helped arrange transportation and everything we needed he helped us right away. Lenny made our stay even better. There is a rischat (cafe) on the bottom floor they are open from 6 or 7 am until 8 I believe. Super convenient. It is a new hotel so everything is pristine. You have to request housekeeping if you need/want it. They have free water during your stay. WiFi super fast. Our room was the one with no balcony to the garden. It had a full kitchen with pots and pans. Just as reference from the hotel to Marienplatz 10 min scooter/bike ride. 12 min by car and public transport 17 min after you get to station. Pretty safe area. Overall all good. Thank you Lenny.

The setup is based on zero / minimal staff. Upon self check in- my room seemed fine but there were coffee capsules missing and a dirty mug (not mine) in the dishwasher. The day after - when i asked for room cleaning at 2pm, they said no as it was beyond cut-off time. The rooms were €550 per night.

This was a great hotel and the room we had with the bunks was perfect for our family of three. Our son had his own little private area. Beds were comfortable. Nice little kitchenette. They had a single use coffee machine with some coffee for the morning. Having a fridge was very nice. If you need to cook they had a little induction cooktop, cooking and eating items you need, sink and a dishwasher. The community hub was a great little place to hang out and have a cocktail. Loved the hanging chairs, so comfy to relax in. Bus stop right outside was convenient if using public transportation. My son loved the electric scooters to get around, but also have bikes as well.

The room is new, clean and functional. Comes with a kitchen and equipped with everything you needed. I'm there for 3 days business trip and I could walk to my office within 1 min! I love the bakery downstairs too. Staff are nice and friendly. The check in and out is super easy. I'll stay again.

Easy to find, easy to get in and check in is self check in so no hassle sort yourself out and again when leaving. Perfect. Room was super impressive for the size the pictures don’t do it justice it’s so clean and nice. Highly recommended

This place is not ready for people to stay. Check in was confusing and not marked well. Some random guy with street clothes checks you in on a laptop over behind the ferns. Bathrooms don't have locks. It was like going through a janitors closet to get to your room as there was 5 ft bins throughout the hallway. The black square next to the door is not for the room key. The rooms where really nice. Over priced

Hosts were very attentive. Easy walk to the U-Bahn. Park right across the street - brilliant at festival times. Close enough to enjoy the city centre, far enough to enjoy a chill-out moment. Great breakfast at Reichardt on the ground floor. All-in-all, would stay here again :)

Absolutely fantastic stay at Cocoon Theresienwiese! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, cozy, and designed with a perfect balance of comfort and style. The mattress was a dream—one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on! Everything was well thought out, from the warm ambiance to the small details that made the stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

Perfect Stay in a Great Location

The hotel was very nice and in a great location. The room was lovely. Right downstairs there’s a bakery where you can get breakfast, and there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel.

Nice design in the lobby and meeting rooms and bath rooms. Not a fan of the whole beding: mattress not very comfortable, pillows very puffy, cheap filling. Access to the team via phone difficult- often for hours no response ( a bit difficult if you have no reception/no personell at all at night and have a question… )

Ostern in München

Wir wurden durch das Internet auf das Hotel Cocoon aufmerksam und haben es sofort gebucht. Es ist toll gelegen, Bushaltestelle vor der Tür und sprach uns absolut an. Super sauber, tolle Zimmer, alles neu und tip top. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und konnten zur Begrüßung gleich Ostereier 🐇🐰suchen👍 Nette und freundliche Kommunikation mit Lenny und seinen Kollegen hieß uns willkommen. Der Check in war problemlos, das Zimmer kuschelig, es gibt sogar Rituals Kosmetik im Bad. Top👍 Wir sind öfter in München und kommen bistimmt wieder. Haben das Cocoon unseren Freunden bereits weiterempfohlen.

Das Zimmer war zwar klein aber sehr durchdacht. Es war sehr gemütlich und bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr ruhig. Leider hat eine Lampe nicht funktioniert, ein Schalter im Zimmer war nicht richtig angebracht und der Ersatzrollenhalter im bad war lose. Die Matratze war sehr gemütlich, die kissen aber leider nichts für mich. Ansonsten war alles Klasse
