This hotel is better than some bigger brand name hotels. The room was nice and clean. Convenient location. We walked to Munich train station, Marienplatz and old town. The highlight of our stay was the wonderful customer care from the friendly front desk.

The Kings Hotel Center was very nice to stay at. The only criticisms we had was the 1 elevator (lift) to the room. Often the service people stopped it 2 or 3 times before getting to the room. The property desperately needs a service lift just for those staff members. The rooms could use bottle openers. Other than those 2 things it was great. Bonus points for the staff who were the highlight of the stay.

Nice hotel, very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, good location for our trip (few minutes walk to the train station), we walked to Marienplatz, other attractions and restaurants.
