Knödelhof 'Apartment 8'

One room has three single beds, with two that can be combined into a double bed. The two rooms are separated by a door. The second room has two single beds, which can also be combined into a double bed. There is a seating area with a table and satellite TV.



The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.



The apartment has a kitchen with a two-burner stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, and kettle. Essential dishes are provided: glasses, cups, plates, and cutlery.



Standard-size towels are provided, but please bring your own bath towels.

Our guesthouse is located in the Munich district, just a few minutes by car from the A99—an ideal base for exploring Munich and its surroundings. The Riem/Munich East trade fair is about 10 minutes away, PEP and the Phoenix swimming pool Ottobrunn are easily accessible. The Allianz Arena is around 20 minutes away, the airport about 30 minutes. Tegernsee, Schliersee, and Chiemsee are also within easy reach.



In the nearby town center, you will find a pharmacy, a bakery with breakfast, banks, and restaurants.



Smoking is only allowed in a small lounge on the balcony and outside on the ground floor. Twelve parking spaces and public street parking are available. One pet is allowed on request and for an additional fee.



Please observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. The guest lounge is available to all guests and can also be rented exclusively for events. Please contact the host via the booking platform.
