Eh, the aroma in the lobby.

Flooring is a bit worn in places and a wooden stool in my room fell apart during my stay. The hotel uses some ghastly scent in the lobby and hallways which I found obnoxious, I would always hurry from the door of the room to get outside, the smell was quite unpleasant. Hotel is close to public transit, but there are very few choices in walking distance for food. The hotel was very clean and quiet.

The bathroom was absurd, with no place to hang a hand towel and no shower curtain or glass enclosure. Very little space to keep toiletries above the sink. Stained toilet which was a turn off. The TV faced the kitchen and not the bed so you had to really crane yoir neck to watch the 2 or 3 enhlish channels..the rest were in German. I had initiallly booked 2 days and then wanted to extend two additional days but the system booked the same 2 days again for my wife and i. They refused to change the dates or provide a refund for the duplicate booking so we ended up.paying twice for the same two days and they would not budge. Horrible customer service by the head office. The people at the hotel front desk were fine people and helpful. The area is average. Far from the old town or any particular happening place. Had to use taxis and Uber to go anywhere so it was an expensive decision to stay there. Like $30 to $40 just to get to the main Munich old town, one way.

Incredible stay and amazing value! The subway line is a 2 min walk, and the room was perfect! The whole hotel smelled like vanilla and we highly recommend! We will be back here for our next stay in Munich!

Everything was good except mattress severely worn out in need of replacement. Being on the floor the mattress was difficult to get into without crawling. Unit was relatively small but had a good view and great adjustable floor to ceiling shades.

A real good bolt hole for a city break. Not far from the tube station and 10 minutes into the city centre. Brilliant staff, modern and clean. Will definitely be back.

Excellent property. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Staff was really nice. Only thing they could improve on was their hallways. Very dim and not updated. I was a little leary walking into the room for the first time but I was amazed. Would stay again!

This hotel was an excellent stay. The price was very reasonable, and came with a lot of perks (air conditioning, dishwasher, stove, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer). The pictures outline exactly what you are getting. Parking nearby for a small fee. Great stay!

Liked our room, loft was great for the kids. Area around hotel is quiet with not much to do - easy access to Munich on tube though. Bar at hotel was closed throughout our stay. Overall a good hotel but for us it was slightly overpriced for what we got. Loved Munich overall though.
