For the price of the enhanced ocean view room, you would expect unobstructed views; however, there were some obstructions. Additionally, the room was falling apart in some areas. Anything that was metal, was rusted and old. The room smelled musty, and paint was peeling off the doors. The bed was alright, but not comfy and tough to get a good night of sleep.

Room was as pictured, clean and comfortable beds. However, the hotel did have some wear and tear and some of the staff were rude. Front desk and room service rarely picked up the phone. Only heated pool was about a half mile walk. Starbucks downstairs was convenient. Parking was $14 bucks a night, no way around it,

1-paid extra for ocean front room. Their rooms are actually ocean view NOT ocean front. It was angled and had view of parking lots, buildings and noisy maintence. 2-there was a container in my balcony with a joint in it that was left by the people before me. Not sure how housekeeping missed that. 3-there was a piece of a person’s broken fingernail in the bed on the sheet. 4- I did like the location and easy access to shopping and restaurants but not sure I’d stay there again Also the food was pretty good.

Could have been better.

Our first room: the AC did not work. Got moved to another room and the AC was a LITTLE better. Room never got below 73 degrees when it was set to 66. The balcony door didn’t close right so since it was eco friendly we are assuming that’s why the room never got cooler. The cable was broken for the tv so we had to have maintenance come AGAIN to fix that. No money was deducted for our inconveniences. Outdoor bar closed way too early. For what we paid, it wasn’t worth the stay.

Ted and Dale at the pool bar were amazing. Pool and beach access was lovely, and Broadway at the Beach is less than 20 minutes away. My family and friends did two escape rooms at The Escape Game at Broadway at the Beach and absolutely loved it. Highly recommend, especially on the off-season.
