Staff provided superior customer service in accommodating an early check in for a 5am arrival. Izzy & Mere went out of their way to make us feel welcome & ready to assist with transportation etc. Room was comfortable & spacious. Spa was undergoing renovation, but my massage & facial were excellent.

The Radisson Blu Resort was a last minute booking. However, whilst the Fijian people / staff were so beautiful and friendly, there were certain aspects of the booking not to our liking and which were not made aware on their website before booking. Firstly, parts of the resort are currently under renovation which limited our experience. We were so looking forward to Teppanyaki however that restaurant is closed to mid March. It was a very friendly atmosphere as you would expect from the beautiful Fijians, but I'm not sure if we would stay there again compared to the Sheraton next door where we have stayed before.

Beyond expectations and this has been a wonderful memory as our visit in February 2025 Thank you, Blu Bar and Grill and all the Radisson Blu resort staff. All were fantastic and so welcoming. Our last night's meal at the Blu bar and grill was exceptional and ended our 7 day stay with a grand finale. On behalf of our family of five who one travelledr from the UK and Australia we thank you so much for your wonderful service it was 10/10, your sincerity and care was 10/10 and making your home our home as your visiting guests was 10/10. In the Blu Bar and Grill the variety and availability of food was exceptional and it was another 10/10 there was such a variety so that every man woman and child was well fed and left content. The restaurant was very clean and appealing the floor service was wonderful and amazing, welcoming and pleasant they ensured that your meal and requirements were met and nothing was in anyway difficult for them. We noted service that was of a very high standard so much so we extend a special thank you to your floor staff and service personnel. We would additionally like to thank Sala and Ismeli for their wonderful service. No bathplug, had to wait over an hour for one as unfortunately understaffed. We had particularly asked for a large bath and a king bed when booking so this was disappointing. Also undergoing very loud renos in the main check in foyer and bar area which wasn’t mentioned at any time prior to our arrival… Found that the rooms were not particularly soundproof as someone above our room was stomping about until all hours causing us a very disturbed sleep, we had to leave very early for flights. Would like to give the benefit of the doubt and perhaps stay again but unlikely at this stage.

Radisson Blu was a great family resort. The pools are very fun for kids. There is even a water slide! Service from staff is excellent. The room is very spacious and has a great balcony space. We also tried the Lebanese restaurant for dinner and it was very delicious! We saw the Saturday show by the pools and loved it as well.

Great place to stay for a young family. My husband and I found it a bit noisy. Still loved the staff and the location of the property. Our room was lovely and had a great view. This was our second trip back and would return. We would probably ask for a room not so close to the kids pool. All in all it was a great holiday.
