Good location in Nagano. The ground floor has a strong smell, and the you can tell they once allowed smoking in the hotel. Otherwise it is a fine hotel for a stay in Nagano. PS no personal climate control in your room, just on/off for whatever the building is pumping. The beds are SUPER soft, my partner loved it but too soft for me.

部屋の温度が各自で設定できない全館タイプの暖房で暑すぎた。 帰りに荷物を送るために送り状を書いて渡したが、指定した時間に届かず大変だったその理由が、私が書いた送り状ではなかった。 書き直された理由は知らないが、部屋番号が間違えていて手元に荷物が届くまでに時間と手間が掛かって迷惑だった。 送り状も一枚足りないと言っていた。 （バーコード付きの送り状も初めから切り取られていたとのこと）
