Nice, clean and spacious room. Opposite JR station and a short walk from Amu Plaza so getting to transport and food is a breeze. Good and cheap parking (daily ¥1000) next to Hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel lobby and common spaces are beautiful. The onsen was particularly wonderful. The room however was rather outdated and dark. I've stayed at other Hilton's and this was one of the lesser quality ones.

Beautiful designed modern 5 star. Rooms are spacious quiet with decent closet space and very nice bathroom with separate shower/tub and toilet. Our room had a nice view of the hillside and bridge. Short walk to Nagasaki station. Excellent breakfast buffet. All staff were warm and helpful eager to answer our questions. Megumi in particular made us feel welcomed.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The buffet breakfast had a lot of options, the room was very comfortable, it’s directly across from the station and the spa bath was quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay there again
