Staff went out of their way to assist us when we accidentally left medication at another hotel in another city. They were VERY helpful and kind. Rooms were nice and clean and the area was perfect.

ホテルもアクセスも快適

急に名古屋に宿泊することになり予約しましたが、繁華街からも駅(地下鉄　栄駅)からもアクセスが良く、ホテル自体もとてもキレイで、快適でしたし、何より価格がリーズナブルで利用しやすいと思います。 名古屋に宿泊するのは珍しいですが、今後も名古屋への出張がある際にはHOTEL THE b名古屋を使いたいと思います。

Very comfortable hotel in a fantastic location

Fantastic location, near lots of restaurant, shopping, experiences and trains. We very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel room was a little small for a family of three but we felt very comfortable, the staff was very very friendly and accommodating.
