The owner was responsive and friendly. The bathroom was big and nice. The unit was clean. The bed was comfortable. The WiFi did not work for us. The in-unit hallway light went on with a sensor, as it lit up the sleeping area when anyone stepped into the hallway.

内装も素敵でとても快適でした。国際通りやコンビニまで徒歩1分、建物内に無料の洗濯機と乾燥機もあるしコインパーキングも目の前にあって便利！また利用したいです。

Best Customer Service, Facilities, and Location

From the moment we booked, we received the best customer service! Secret House Makishi made every effort to ensure our stay was as perfect as it could be. The team responded to our questions/requests very quickly. Our room was quiet, spacious, very clean and decorated with taste. We also appreciate the park nearby and Secret House's vicinity to two monorail stations and Kokusai Dori with many restaurants!

Amazing boutique hotel!

This place was amazing. We had a lovely room, with all the amenities! Even 2 welcome beers! There was a deep bath with great toiletries to use as well. Would highly recommend staying here, and would stay here again.

安かったのが1番良かったです。誰にも会わずにチェックイン出来たのもらくでした。ただ洗濯機、乾燥機が2部屋で1台なので、隣の部屋の方がずっと使っていてなかなか使えなかった。乾燥機がガスなのですぐ乾いて良かったです！

　家族４人で宿泊しました。ダブルベッドに2人、折りたたみベッド1人、ソファに1人で寝るようになります。枕こそ人数分あったものの、掛けるものが足りないし、せめて折りたたみベッドやソファ用にシーツが欲しかったです。 　立地や部屋の広さ、設備には満足しております。

地方顯得殘舊

五年前入住過一次，被裝修風格以及位置之方便性給引了，所以今次舊地重遊都選擇再次入住此地方，但入住後發現感覺大不如前，裝修都變殘舊了，相對這種質素，價錢顯得偏貴，如果再有機會到沖繩，相信不會再選擇此酒店
