It was festival time and all the events were right in front of the hotel which also is on a river with many shopping and dining options.

Extremely outdated hotel/resort -- hallways, room floors, walls, bathrooms, and old-style steel office doors for the hotel rooms. Also, there is a distinct fragrance on each floor that reminds you - old building. If you just need any place to stay for a night, it's ok. You can get a large suite room at a good price off-season.

Room condition is very old

Overall room condition and facilities is very old. Especially the air conditioner did not work well so it is hard to stay in a room. Need to improve hotel conditon.

켄싱턴은 처음 가봤는데 직원분들 엄청 친절하시네요. 리조트 위치가 광한루옆이라 남원관광하기 좋았구요. 시설은 좀 오래 된것같은데 깔끔하고 난방이 잘되서 푹잤습니다. 다음에 남원가면 또 ㅇㄱ용하고싶어요.

깨끗하고 쾌적한 숙소

2월 15일 토요일에 1박 하였습니다. 숙소 위치가 좋아 관광지를 구경하기 편했고 직원들이 매우 친절하여 편안히 묵을 수 있었습니다. 켄싱턴 디럭스룸에 숙박했는데 침대도 넓고 편했으며 거실 공간도 지내기 쾌적했습니다. 밤에는 강의 야경이 보여 좋았습니다. 조식도 맛있었고 특히 추어탕과 비빔밥, 여러 종류의 김치가 있어 다양하게 먹을 수 있었습니다. 다음 남원여행때도 이용하고 싶습니다.

방2개인 점은 좋았으나, 숙소 내부가 전체적으로 워낙 낡아서 리모델링이 필요할 듯 싶음. 위치는 아주 좋음. (그리고 주차도 2대 이상은 안됨. 1대만 리조트내 주차가능하고, 나머지는 다른 곳에 해야 함. 아쉬운 부분이나, 전체적으로 주차공간이 부족해서 그런듯해서 이해함.)
