THE PROPERTY

Coastal feel and cozy, this beautiful vacation rental is 11 min driving from downtown Naples, and 15 min from the beach. This 3 bed/ 2 bath home, sleeps 6, the large living room couch could accommodate more people if needed.
Recently updated, the home features a very open and spacious layout, perfect for larger families. The heated pool is very inviting, it extends with a deck, and the sunbathing area. There is also a lounging area by the pool, completed with an outdoor grill.
CLEANING PROTOCOL
This house is professionally cleaned. During these times, we've updated our cleaning procedures to make sure we are doing our part to keep everybody healthy and safe. There are also a few extra cleaning supplies in home, if you would like to do some cleaning upon arrival.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check -in time is 2pm. Earlier arrival can be accommodated based on availability.
Check-out time is 11am.

Fabulous two month stay !

Great neighborhood location, quiet, friendly neighbors. Newly renovated, and spotless. Very pleasant heated pool. Easy check in, owner communicates very well and responds quickly All Good !!

Wonderful experience

Everything about our experience was great. The house was clean and dealing with the owners was a lovely experience as well. They replied promptly and reached out several times during our stay to make sure that everything was going well. Haven’t had that kind of communication in years from rentals (owners nor property managers).
