The hotel itself is nice . However , the bed was so hard my back hurt when I woke up in the morning I couldn’t stand to even lay down on it . Also, all staff at the hotel was extremely rude . They gave us dirty looks throughout our whole stay. In addition, they don’t have free coffee or tea which is the bare minimum. They tell you they have breakfast and there is no free breakfast everything you pay for . Location is good but that’s about it you get what you pay for .

My family stayed at the hotel for labor day weekend. We had 3 rooms on the same floor. The location was great and close to everything like the beach and downtown area. We appreciated the free on site parking. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was super friendly. We all really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again next time we go to Naples.

Check in and check out staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast staff was also excellent. Slight complaint was room size It was very small and that may be due to what I paid otherwise very nice stay. Thanks.

My only issue was the breakfast: the food was fine but they have only 1 person working on the bistro to take orders, prepare coffees, waiter, collect dishes, etc, and it was a long and slow line , as she can only attend people one by one.

First of all I appreciated the friendly staff and quality breakfast but e Very, very dissatisfied with the balcony, being so small the chair barely fits alone in it. Couldn't fit a person sitting in it though. Very misleadingly advertised. I felt the extra charge was unjustified, which lowered their overall rating from 4.5 to 3 stars.
This is the chair in the balcony! Very misleading to charge extra money for.

We have been visiting the Courtyard by Marriott for several occasions and we have been very satisfied with the service and quality of every room at the places that we were staying. But this particular location at 3250 9th St in Naples Florida definitely doesn’t meet the Marriott standards especially with the bed linen and towels looking very old and deteriorated. It is the very first time that we when out to purchase towels because the towels at the hotel were too disgusting. Worst towels ever
