Cozy serene affordable loft in a quiet neighborhood 15-20 minutes to the beach!

Beautiful newer construction loft that offers 640 sq. feet of open floor plan. The loft sits above our two and a half detached car garage, over 130 feet from the main house. The loft offers a full kitchen, microwave, coffee maker with coffee, toaster, iron and a washer/dryer. Enjoy our complimentary farm-fresh eggs in the morning ( when the hens are laying). Our property is on 1.14 acres so you have space and privacy in your 2nd story paradise. If you have children they are welcome to play in the "island". Beach chairs/umbrella also provided. Restaurants and Publix within a mile.
During your stay at this guesthouse, you'll be close to Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens. Enjoy features like a water park and laundry facilities.
