We had a perfect stay. The house was very comfortable for my family of four and my parents. The lovely screened in patio with shaded seating and a heated pool was a huge plus—and the beautiful plantings made it our own private oasis. Easy access to the many state park beaches in the area, Communication with our host was easy and timely. Neighborhood is very quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay

Overall we had a very nice stay. We had a few glitches but the property owner was prompt in response. The home is comfortable and we loved the lanai and pool area. The only drawback is the lack of a closet in the primary bedroom. We did however really enjoy our stay.

Nice property, perfect location

Pictures match actual conditions (we went on Zillow to find the missing 2nd bathroom pictures, which also currently match). Excellent owner with quick response. One of the bedrooms appears to be a converted garage with no closet or hanging rod which was a bit of an inconvenience. Nice, secluded, pool with good amenities. Kitchen had all the needed glass and cookware for non stop meals and the grill worked well. Very convenient location for beach and grocery runs, as well as a nice Venezuelan bakery (Silva's) for a snacks and coffee.

Wonderful Home

The host was very responsive and helpful. My only complaint, is that I wish I had received the code to check in earlier. Otherwise, my friends and I had a wonderful stay for New Years! The pool and rooms were really lovely. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is bigger than the pictures in my opinion. The neighborhood is very cute and close to a Trader Joes. We also enjoyed the grill and outdoor seating. Would highly recommend!

Winter Get Away

Bill was an excellent host and quick to respond. House has been newly remodeled and really nice. Loved having a pool since a Red Tide was occurring on the Gulf Coast. Would definitely recommend.

Great Experience

The house was clean and everything worked as described. The pool was amazing and my young adult kids also really enjoyed the tv on the patio. Location is great (but we did end up driving to the beach)- felt very safe. We’ll be back for sure - love the Naples area.

Great experience!

Very clean and basically all new! The outdoor area was so relaxing, we really enjoyed the beautifully lit landscaping and pool while sipping on adult beverages! We will definitely be back!

Great location with a nice pool!

This property was clean and perfect for a family. The three bedrooms were large and had queen beds over the usual twin mattresses. The pool was very nice. Located in a central location with plenty nearby. Quiet neighborhood. Owner is very responsive. Would stay here again!
