The premises is equipped with central air, a washer + dryer, as well as WiFi. It is newly remodeled and furnished with spacious kitchen. Brand new heated pool with fenced in back yard. Way better than your average hotel experience. There's nothing like having the feel of your own home while on vacation.

We have done a few VRBOs at this point; this was our least favorite stay so far. Staying here was like living in flip in progress; feels like the owner is doing just enough to keep it livable for the next set of repairs. Before arriving, I asked the host about the surrounding area assuming they were a local and was told I could use Google (must not be a local!). A few days before we arrived (Christmas day), I asked the host if the door code was the same and they confirmed. When we showed up, it didn't work and I had to VRBO message, text, and then finally call the host for help. Upon arrival, I had to document multiple broken things: the screen door in the sunroom was ripped, one of the sinks had no stopper, and the pantry door was out of it's track, pocket door in master broken open, just to name a few. Trash cans on sight were full (previous tenants never took them to the street?), so we spent five days attempting to fill each of our bags to their fullest before trying to stuff them into already full totes. At one point, the guest bathroom his & her sinks leaked copiously all over the floor and couldn't be used.There are just enough mildewy towels for the amount of guests and not a single extra. Serious ant problem in sunroom after eating in there one night that extended into home, even after I sprayed perimeter of sunroom. Responsive owner, wished I hadn't needed to contact them so much.

We rented this home for 4 guests from out of town for 11 days. Unfortunately our plans changed and we only had 3 guests who needed the house for 4 nights. The bedroom windows were unlocked when they arrived, and they could be easily opened from the outside. One of our guests was there for 1 day and 2 nights, and in that time the City of Naples came by to shut off the water because the owner had an outstanding balance. Our guest said, "The city employee spoke to me about it for 30 minutes because I happened to be there but didn't shut off the water. He instead requested I let the owner know that they had a balance due." The owner came by that evening to change batteries in the automatic door lock and smoke detectors. This should have been done when the unit was vacant, especially since we informed him that we would not need the unit for the entire 11 nights. Our guests noted that the house was clean, but they said the area out back was riddled with animal feces. One guessed this was from iguanas, since numerous iguanas were on the front lawn the first morning of the visit. After check out, our manager spoke to David and the call was tense because he accused our guests of bringing a dog, which they didn't, and he insisted we pay extra for cleaning. He eventually retracted this due to the iguanas. We told David in advance that our plans changed but he refused to alter the reservation or provide any discount for the current stay or any future stay. We recommend you stay elsewhere

Wonderful stay !

We love Naples, this was our sixth time down there with the kids! The house was clean and we had everything we need ! The pool was the star of our trip ! We also loved the so fenced in patio ! The location of the house was also great! Everything was ain a short driving distance! The host was very nice and he let us early check in because we arrived before our check in time.We will definitely recommend this house to anyone who goes to Naples to relax and enjoy the sun with their family or friends.Slavica Riche

Family holiday trip

House was good size for our family of 5 adults and a 13 month old baby to comfortably spread out. Short drive to Naples Cay beach where other family members were staying. Convenient to restaurants, Venetian Village and easy to get downtown. Only bummer was heater for the pool wasn’t working so pool water was kinda cold. Would definitely stay again.

Uncomfortable House Temperature - The AC thermostat was locked by the Host

Our stay was marred by inadequate temperature control at the property. Despite the thermostat's minimum setting being 72 degrees, the rooms consistently felt closer to 74 or 75 degrees. When we requested a lower setting of 69 degrees at night for better comfort, the host responded that it would result in the air conditioning running continuously. They explained that they maintain their own condo at 75 degrees and find it sufficient. As a consequence of the uncomfortable room temperatures, part of our family ended up sleeping in the family room. This significantly detracted from our overall experience, as restful sleep was compromised due to the less-than-ideal conditions in the bedrooms. Some other Require Attention: The propane tank refill empty, There were fewer bath towels than the number of guests, The inside of the dishwasher door was moldy, The bathtub drain is clogged, causing water to accumulate, The pool furniture is deteriorated, There is no ice maker. The Location is very well, and the Pool was very clean

Wonderful getaway!

Great place close to wonderful restaurants and entertainment. At first I was skeptical due to a review stating about kitchen cabinets, location etc. After reading all the reviews I decided to book this place anyways. To my surprise our 10 day stay was wonderful, big house with all the amenities & great pool. David was very nice & our vacation was wonderful. See you next year david!

Spacious, contemporary, centrally located Naples house!

Our family of 5 vacationed in Naples for the first time, during spring break. The house was fantastic! Lots of space, clean, contemporary. We loved the heated pool. I enjoyed lounging on the loveseat in the lanai. Plenty of kitchenware. Brand new king mattress for the master bedroom was very comfortable. Liked the central A/C. Appreciated the beach chairs. Location was ~3-mile drive to Laudermilk Beach. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Neighborhood is older, with some homes showing wear, others updated, and a few (like this one) probably re-built / newer. It was quiet and felt safe. David was great with communication. Although any Naples vacation stay, especially during spring break, is not going to be cheap, we found this house to be a tremendous value. We would gladly return in the future!

Just ok

The area had no side walks to walk on with a lot of traffic. The neighborhood was a little sketchy, wouldn’t walk around at night. The king size bed had no boxsprings so it was barely off the ground and so uncomfortable. This could ruin your vacation. We took the mattresses off the two twins and put it on the king bed. Doing this made it more comfortable. We had two adults staying with us and the full size bed did not fit them. They ended up sleeping separately in each bedroom. Hardly any amenities. Three pods for the dish washer, 3 pods for the washer. One set of towels for each person, one dish towel, no pool towels, no placemats or table cloth and no hangers. We ended up buying these items. The kitchen cabinets were peeling, the dishwasher was loaded but not cleaned. What pots and pans were badly stained, so bad we didn’t use them, bought what we needed. No ice maker and no disposal. On the plus side the house was close to shops, restraurants, and the beach. Most around a 15-20 min. drive. The house itself was nice enough but for the price should have had more amenities. All in all would not stay there again. I read the review and didn’t see any negatives but we were very disappointed.

Perfect home away from home

This property was easy to find in a good location on a quiet corner lot. The house was a good size and it accommodated all 7 of us well. The pool was great. The owner was very responsive to messages and very accommodating. This is our 3rd trip to Naples and this is our favorite location so far. Will definitely book again if available.

Nice stay!

We had a really nice stay. The house was as described, it was very clean and the pool was great! Location is ideal. Property could use a few more kitchen utensils but otherwise it was great. Communication with manager was great!
