Spotless, comfortable, and clearly well planned. This Naples home felt thoughtfully set up for guests, not just staged for photos. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and the layout made it easy to relax after a long day out.Check-in was smooth, instructions were clear, and everything worked exactly as expected. Great location, quiet neighborhood, and zero hassles. Would happily stay here again. Five stars.

We had a great experience at The Oasis! The host provides a lot of extras like coffee, tea, kitchen items, laundry detergent, and cooking/cleaning items. Brand new house that was very clean with modern design. Great space layout for a family vacation. Kids loved having the pool. Overall, great experience and the host was great.

Beautiful modern Naples home

We stayed in this home while we were in Naples for 4 days for a wedding. When we turned onto the street, we noticed several run-down homes and we were wondering if we were going to be hearing lots of construction or other noise, but we found qutie the opposite - the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The home itself feels brand new - very clean, modern, and well appointed - it felt great coming back to relax after a busy day. And the pool! The pool is heated, which we appreciated even during the heat of early May. Our older kids biked to the beach (their are 5 bikes in the garage!), which took them about 25 min and required riding on the main highway - but Naples traffic is very different from what we are used to - and they said it was fine. If you are traveling to Naples soley for sunsets and beach time, this house would require some car or bike trips back and forth. For our family, this wasn't an issue - and the garage has several beach chairs for use. If you are in Naples for an event where beaches and sunsets are just part of the mix, this house is perfect.

Fabulous Stay

While the neighborhood is in transition, this place couldn’t have been any better! Super clean, well stocked and the layout was awesome. The private heated pool was a delight! Very centrally located and easy to get to downtown. We will definitely request to stay here next year in Naples.

Quick Trip for Warmth

Always warmer in Florida. Great home in a not-so-great neighborhood. This neighborhood is going to take a while to transition into what they want. Some really low income trailer homes along with these few new houses being built. It was safe but just did not feel safe. Give it some time. Owner was fabulous and did everything we asked in a moment's notice. 5 stars for him.R & S

Amazing Property and Wonderful Host!

My wife, son (9 years old) and I had a great time and will return. The highlight for our family was the heated pool. The home, appliances, pool (i.e., everything) was very clean, in perfect condition and this property could advertised as never-lived-in and I would have believed it. The kitchen and laundry room were well stocked, the grage had several beach chairs, beach umbrellas and two nice bikes. We were pleasantly surprised by several high-end touches that we haven't seen in other properties we've stayed at (e.g., very comfortable beds and bedding, new large screen Amazon Fire TVs that we're very easy to use). Having grown up in Naples (graduated Naples High in 1995), I was skeptical about the neighborhood, but it has greatly improved. Other reviews cite a "transitioning" area/neighborhood, which is fair, but there are similar new homes on the street (across and two the side) and a few mobile homes. We had no concerns for our safetcy and our son was fine riding his razor scooter up and down the street. The house is maybe 500 feet from the Naples Botanical Garden and a very short drive to Celebration Park, where you can grab dinner from the best food trucks anywhere. Even at the height of "season" we were able to drive to 5th Avenue and the beaches in less than 15 minutes. Future guests should not be concerned about driving time to the beach, shopping, or restaurants. For pickleballers, the home is 3-minute drive to Naples Pickleball Center.

Clean and convenient location!

We enjoyed this house. It has a slightly heated pool (great since we went in December when it was cold) starter set of Keurig coffee and cream, laundry room with laundry detergent, beach towels, 2 bikes, 5 beach chairs, cooler to borrow for the beach, beach umbrella, shampoo and conditioner. It was a 7 minute drive to Naples beach, and you can walk to the Botanical Garden just at the end of the street! Would have loved more than 5 bath towels for the entire house, but since we could launder them ourselves it wasn’t that big of an issue. Would stay again!

Cool Modern House

Very private and clean. The place is well laid out and decorated nicely. Super close to the Naples Pickleball Center if you like to play. It's on a strange run down street (like trailer park trash) but there are about 5 of these random nice homes that someone has been turning over and fixing up but the more part of the street is run down.

Awesome place!

Great location, beautiful home and wonderfully stocked. Loved there was laundry detergent, body wash, etc. Meto was awesome and responded quickly. Would highly recommend, especially being a host myself.
