No Parties, Golfers preferably, .additional parking by the pool. Pool is heated, may only use pool on Bishopwood East 1, same street as property .
Gate guard leaves at 6:30 pm and Dwelling live takes over at night, just pick up phone at gate and give unit address and your name.
Notify owner if appliances malfunction. $500.Refundible deposit is required at booking for minor damages . Garbage pickup Mon /Thursday .

Great Property

The pictures didn't do the property justice. The building was very nice - freshly painted and clean. The condo has 10 foot ceilings. All the TV's were hi-definition. Very fast wifi. The staff at the clubhouse were very good. We'd stay again.
