Maybe I’m just so used to be surrounded with friendly people. Or maybe I’m just being really emotional because my daughter just had a major open heart surgery. The Indian guy at the reception is not very friendly. I mean, he did not do anything bad but he’s not very approachable. Had a breakfast, he greets everybody in the area but us. I checked out, I guess a receptionist should always ask a friendly question about how was my stay, but he never said anything. I gave him the key back and walked out. I’m just very sensitive with this kind of things. I’m just wondering if that Indian guy is the owner or how is he related with the owner of the hotel? Anyway, Gloria, a very nice lady at the reception,she was the best! She deserves the best! My family is planning to come back in Nashville, but I don’t feel like staying at this place anymore, guess I am just not comfortable surrounded with unfriendly people. I know Gloria will do great. I hope to see her again. But I know the Indian guy will be there too. And I’m not so comfortable with him. About the cleanliness of the room, it’s pretty clean. I was just so worried about those pretty thick dust on the wall on the bedside, I’m talking about the wall that divides the bed between the living area and the bed. My daughter just had open heart surgery and I have to be always in the clean environment. It’s scary that we might breathe those dust on the wall as the air circulates in the room.

I loved my stay here we enjoyed the comfy beds and the pool all the things we needed to enjoy our stay! Staff was very helpful and friendly, Only thing that sucks is no nearby restaurants or anything to do really and nothing in walking distance other than that it was great!

Great hotel but don’t leave anything in the car.

Wonderful location and customer service. Harim was our receptionist. However, one word of advice: do not leave ANYTHING in your car. When we were there, there were multiple hotels in a row that had cars broken into. Our hotel had 10 cars that had the windows broken out and items stolen out of the car. Those of us that did not have anything at all in the car did not have our cars damaged.
