Hotel had live music in the bar area, there is a coffee shop, and comfy seating in the fireplace room. They provided unlimited daily water bottles which was very much needed and appreciated. Staff was very kind, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and included a fridge. The location was great because it was away from the noise on Broadway but still a reasonable walk to get to Broadway. I would definitely stay here again.

Great comfort and food

Don’t usually enjoy treating ourselves to a hotel of this caliber and we thoroughly enjoyed everything. Restaurant food was far better than we expected and we enjoyed the roof top bar - especially during the stormy weather. Wish the bar music downstairs foyer was not so loud. We would not and did not enjoy a drink in the downstairs bar as a result.

Our room attendant left notes for us after cleaning our room which felt very personable. The property was very clean and was in a perfect location. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Our room was absolutely beautiful and modern. Super clean and quiet, we were always greeted anytime we came or went. We loved using the bird scooters located around the hotel. The Gulch is super close by for shopping and dining. The hotel bar downstairs is beautiful. The roof top is absolutely stunning with the best views. Highly recommend staying here. We cannot wait to go back.

Let me start by saying we have been to Nashville 4x. Stayed in some very nice hotels, Virgin (very good not walkable but easy uber), JW Marriott very good walkable (but i didnt like the design of the property its mixed in with another hotel somehow but i would stay there again and the rooftop pool is located where it loses the sun early) But this HYATT (1000 broadway) was Absolutely fantastic from the moment we got there until the time we left it blows the others away! The won my business. From my first interaction with the front desk Personnel, mans name was Kentrail ( not sure if thats the right spelling) to house keeping, restaurant staff,bell hops really every person i dealt with were so happy to help. As you are walking up to the desk people are asking you what they could do for you. Beautiful hotel design, beautiful room, spacious very comfortable bed. GREAT SHOWER GREAT LOBBY (im a shower and lobby guy ) Bathroom very clean and spacious GREAT WATER PRESSURE from the rain shower head AND the handheld (which should be standard in every shower) shower wand even when used together. The roof top bar 25 floor BEAUTIFUL with beautiful views Rooftop pool looked excellent The restaurant the Grange (dinner) better than excellent. Server Erene so helpful and great server happy smiling The managers are very visible and like to talk. They run a tight ship but seem to be respected by the workers My only complaint No hand soap in the Bathroom. Had to use shower soap.

We had an amazing experience at the Grand Hyatt Nashville! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out. The rooftop bar was an absolute highlight—gorgeous views and a perfect vibe for evening drinks. Food-wise, we were blown away. The burger we had from the restaurant/room service was to die for—seriously one of the best we’ve ever had. Dinner was just as impressive—the short rib was tender and flavorful, and for breakfast, the short rib grilled cheese Benedict was next-level delicious. The hotel bar downstairs also didn’t disappoint—great cocktails and an awesome vibe. The coffee bar downstairs was super convenient with a nice selection of snacks and drinks, perfect for a quick pick-me-up. And you really can’t beat the location: it’s walking distance to Broadway, Pins Mechanical, and just a 12-minute walk to The Gulch. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool since the weather wasn’t super warm and our schedule was packed, but it looked really nice. We do wish there was a jacuzzi though! Also, we didn’t make it to the spa this time, but maybe next visit. Our room was beautiful, with luxurious Balmain products and a comfy layout. Also, our view was of a roof, which wasn’t ideal, but we weren’t in the room much anyway. Big shoutout to Brij, the hotel manager—he was incredibly accommodating. Overall, we loved our stay and hope to come back again soon!
