Freshly remodeled! Still smelled new!

Hotel was very nice and refurbished. The only problem we had was their key card machine was not operational as of yet, so any time we wanted to leave the room we had to wait for the reception person to walk us up and let us in.

Staff was were very nice and helpful. Minor issues in a few rooms such as lights not working, stove not working, bad odor. All brought to attention of staff. Hopefully they will address the issues. Would stay there again.

Terrible Experience

The room was not clean what so ever. I took pictures and videos before speaking with a worker who promised it would be corrected. I left for an hour and came back to the room being the same way as when I’d left. I spoke with another worker and was given cleaning supplies to clean the room myself due to them being fully booked. The entire 3 days I was there I never received room service, nor were my concerns addressed.

Overall a fine stay. It was a good location, close to many other places. The cleanliness and overall impression of the room was below expectation. The dishwasher was running with dirty dishes when we checked in and there was black “spots” in the bottom corners of the shower. The stay was fine since we were out most of the day, we only needed to sleep! But it was one of the places that I could not feel clean no matter what I did.

Pink mold in the shower. Pillows too soft. A//C not clicking on and off often enough. We were hot. Dirty/stained hallways on second floor.
