Music Row Condo Spencen kartanossa / kitaramuodossa

Hiljattain remontoitu, yhden makuuhuoneen huoneisto lähellä keskustaa (Broadway), kävelymatkan päässä nähtävyyksistä ja ravintoloista. Koristeltu maanmusiikkimuistomerkkien ja maalaistalojen sisustuksella, kaikki uudet kalusteet huhtikuussa 2019. Mukava king-size-vuode ja erittäin mukava modernin queen-vuodesohva (ei baareja, muistivaahtopatja). Hyvin varusteltuja ruokia, astioita, liinavaatteita. Nopea ja turvallinen internet. Ilmainen pysäköinti. Pesukone / kuivausrumpu. Pakkaa ja pelaa pienille. Silitysrauta, -lauta, hiustenkuivaaja ja vuodevaatteet.
Huoneisto on saanut mahtavaa palautetta sijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Vanderbilt University. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa keittiön ja pyykinpesukoneen/kuivausrummun.

Great stay. Host answered all our questions, even let us leave our luggage in the room after checkout to retrieve later on before our flight out. Well stocked, very convenient, very comfortable beds. Three people fit comfortably in the unit. We'd definitely come back.

The location was perfect! Walking distance from downtown, grocery stores and restaurants but a lot quieter than broadway street. The place was beautiful and charming and had everything you need. Carlos and Cheryl were 5 star hosts, very communicative and helpful! If you are staying in Nashville this is the place to be!

This was our second stay at this property and we were very happy with our choice once again. The condo is spacious and comfortable and provides everything you need for a visit to Nashville. The location is outside of the busy downtown and Gulch areas but both are walkable. The building is a bit worn but the rental units are clean and well maintained. Owner was helpful and easy to work with.

Nice quiet building. Very well furnished, landlord gave good detail about everything in the unit. 10 minutes to Broadway and easy freeway access. Landlord supplied and suggested things to see and do. We also enjoyed restaurant recommendations. It was extremely hot during our visit but the unit stayed pleasant. Would recommend!

Amazing spot, centrally located

Great space to stay that is very close to downtown with sidewalks the whole way. A lot to do in downtown and the gulch which are both under 20 minutes walking. On top of that, this place is also within 20 minutes of Vanderbilt and the park. Parking was super easy and a great convenience to have. Would say the only knock would be that the bedroom should have black out curtains as it gets very bright in the morning making it hard to sleep in. Otherwise, love the space

Clean Condo in Great Location

My wife and I stayed here for our first visit to Nashville in mid November. Owner sent me a text with detailed info including directions, parking, door codes, etc a week ahead of our visit. We found the condo to be in great condition - very clean, well stocked with necessities, and in a great location close to downtown (about 5-10 minute drive) and within walking distance of a coffee shop, bank, brew pub and a couple other restaurants. Communication with the owner was very good and we especially appreciated how clean the place is. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Nashville.

Comfortable Nashville home base!

A small but very nice place for a couple or small family (the fold-out couch is actually comfortable!) and in a great location--close enough to everything to be convenient, but not in the noisy heart of the city. We stayed a week and Ubered almost everywhere, only driving two days--once to go shopping & find all the murals, and once to tour East Nashville and vist the Opry. One nice evening we even walked home from Broadway (but I wouldn't do it every day). If you're into music history, you're right on Music Row, with RCA Victor and Sony studios right out back and BMI across the road. Nashville is a great place to visit, Spence Manor is a great place to stay, and Carlos is an excellent host.

Great location, can walk just about anywhere. Condo was clean, had everything we needed. The property itself is older, so it needs a little updating, especially the pool, it was a little dirty . We had a great time

When my family arrived the condo had not been cleaned. The owner was very responsive and had the cleaning lady there within 15 minutes but requested 2 hrs to clean. After traveling for 10 hours we just wanted to relax. When we returned we were satisfied with the cleanliness of the unit. We were extremely disappointed to also see that the pool was out of commission. Someone had broken glass in it and it had to be drained. We had booked this condo for the guitar shaped pool and there was no communication prior to our arrival that the pool was closed. This was one of the main activities our family planned on doing and would have booked at a different location with a pool had we been informed. The Internet was spotty and when we watched movies there was a lag. Also a neighbor had a dog that barked often. The owner was responsive and did provide a discount. It was overall one of the worst vacations we have had. We ended up leaving a day early due to the pool still not being full and it being 96 degrees and humid.
