Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, my house has plenty of room for your family inside and outside or can be a comfy place for yourself.
This home is split into 2 units. You are renting the larger unit. The other unit is a small studio where the owner lives. There are separate entrances for both unit. The driveway is share by both unit.
