Aina kun Tide toivottaa sinut tervetulleeksi Navarren rannan este-saarelle. Tämä sokerivalkoisen hiekan saari istuu Meksikonlahden ja Santa Rosa Soundin välisillä vesillä. Kun kerran vuorossa on uskomaton näköala molemmille. Kävele ulos etuovellamme ja olet minuutin päässä Äänestä. Kävele ulos takana ja olet minuutin päässä Persianlahdelta. Noisy

Nice place, it was spacious…..would not stay again due to the noise from upstairs. I’m assuming there were children up stairs, it was pretty loud. Much louder than at a condo when you have people above you. There also aren’t any curtains or blinds to cover the two big glass doors at the back of the house and you can see right in. No privacy there. If these two things wouldn’t bother you, then it’s not a bad place to stay.

World Series stay

We stayed for a week for the little league World Series and we had some stuff we couldn’t figure out and the property manager was very fast at a response and very nice and understanding! They got stuff fixed right away!

Relaxing

The inside of the home was very clean! A spacious home. We had 3 small children and 4 adults and it was more than roomy for us all. A tad outdated furniture and bedding. Still worked fine. The walk in shower in the master bedroom was so nice to have! You could walk to the beach if you wanted. Around a 5 minute walk. Or you can drive just around the corner and they have a small parking lot. It worked perfect for us. It’s in an area where the beach always had a open spot within reasonable walking distance. Was not crowded at all! The wrap around deck was wonderful! You couldn’t see the beach the way we was hoping because of other houses, but still an ok view! The only reason for one star being taken off was that the drain to the small bathroom was clogged. You had to stand in dirty water, but my father was easily able to get the impacted hair out of the drain so he could continue to shower. The outside of the house needed some work. It was a tad messy and needed some TLC. Also, with small children the railings around the wrap around porch had some very cautious areas that did not seem to be 100% sturdy. There was also a pile of pallets on the deck. The outside shower was not working. That was a huge bummer to us as we all made sure to pick a home that had one, but there was a gardening hose around the side of the house that we used instead. All in all we had a great experience! Beautiful home and location! Just wish we knew of the few issues before hand for a better comparison

Perfect Vacay

This was a beautiful place to stay. It wasnt quite as close to the beach as we were expecting so the views were a little different than what we had pictured but they were still great! The property owner was great to answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this home. It was quiet and relaxing there. The home is spacious and well taken care of.

Loved the house and location.

It was exactly how it was described. Beautifully decorated. My family and myself enjoyed sitting on the porch at night listening to the ocean. Check in was a breeze. There was absolutely no problems. Will stay there again for sure.

Refreshing

It was a a great place to thoroughly relax. the wraparound porch was a treasure due to 3 days of rain. The rental was walking distance to the beach & bay, so after purchasing groceries & getting seafood at a fish market In Pensacola, we never had to leave. We left feeling REFRESHED.

The location is awesome

Overall, the house is in a great location close to the ocean and the sound. The wrap-around porch is nice and the open livingroom/dining areas are spacious. Bedrooms are comfortable with good closet space. Master bathroom is large, but second bathroom tub is too narrow, both rooms need bath mats & rugs. Other suggestions are: living room needs more seating, the couch looks worn out & needs updating, kitchen needs wine glasses & cereal bowls. The sliding glass doors could use sheer curtains for privacy at night! The corner pallet seats on left side of porch are not suitable for seating due to rotting & splinters. The house location makes it a great place to stay and the management was helpful and answered all our questions.

Navarre Beach vacation

This property was beautiful with amazing views of both the gulf and the sound. It was a great layout and the wrap around deck was the most relaxing place to wake up and drink coffee. The freezer wasn’t working when we arrived and the property manager came over within fifteen minutes to check it for us and brought us a bag of ice to use. The outdoor shower was extremely convenient with younger children and helped us keep them from tracking sand through the house. The beds were all comfortable and the kids loved the Murphy bed option as well!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!!

The house was nice. The furniture in the living area could use an update. The couch cushions would sink down and if 3 people sat on the couch, those on the end could feel the bars of the hide-a-bed. The back porch would have been nice if it wasn't for lots and lots of pallets on each end of the porch. Then there was a huge wooden picnic table that took up room. There wasn't much room for chairs so you could sit and enjoy the beach view. The beach is a challenge to get to if you walk. We never took our beach equipment out of the car since we had to drive to the beach. The Sound side bedroom could use a TV. The couple in that bedroom would've like a tv. The property manager was very helpful and answered any and all questions we had.

Delightful destination - Beautiful home!

We stayed in this lovely home for almost two months this winter. The floor plan is fantastic with two master bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the home and both feel very private and welcoming with comfortable beds. It felt like we were in a B & B! The bathroom was spacious with a wonderful shower and everything was sparkling clean. There were even fresh drawer liners in all the drawers and cabinets which was an amazing touch. The pride that the owners have in their home is obvious and well deserved. The kitchen/living area is large with beautiful floors and I really appreciated such good lighting everywhere. The sofa was very comfortable and my husband was thrilled to have a recliner! There is one TV in the house and it was our only hiccup because it didn't have any network channels. We worked around it by using our laptops and on a shorter stay, it wouldn't have been an issue. The HVAC worked great! It was a wacky winter and we needed both heat and a/c during our stay. When we first arrived, we had to call the property manager for something. She responded immediately and sent her husband to fix it; he was so helpful and gave us information about the area. Thank you Michelle and John! We were also lucky enough to have the owners living on the top floor of the house. They are the most delightful and interesting couple who have a wealth of knowledge about the area. We enjoyed spending time with them and appreciate all their helpfulness and hospitality. They definitely enhanced our time in Navarre! Thank you Fred and Kathy! We had never been to Navarre before this winter and we're so glad that we spent time there. It's a gorgeous, quiet area and all the people were so friendly. The island had a wonderful walking/bike trail with mile markers and several active Little Free Libraries along the way. This home is a real treasure and the area an absolute delight.
