Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Frustração decepção e nervosismo.

Nçao foi... como o check in estava marcado a partir das 14:00, chegamos as 14:30, local muitoestranho, mal cuidado, com portas trancadas com cadeados, não havia ninguem no local, ninguem esperando, nenhuma mensagem nem contato previo. Esperamos no local ate as 16:30. Fui a um outro hotel onde tive ajuda para tentar entrar em contato pelo telefone disponibilizado; nem eu nem a recepção do novo hotel conseguiu o contato (telefone inoperante). Tentei entrar em contato telefonico com o Hotels.com (no Brasil e nos EUA) e não conseguimos.
