Welcome to our amazing villa in the picturesque city of Netanya, Israel. This spacious retreat is designed to provide an unforgettable experience for up to 15 people. With its luxurious amenities and stunning features, it promises to be the perfect destination for families, religious individuals, and those seeking a memorable vacation.



THE SPACE:

As you step into the villa, you'll be greeted by a sense of grandeur and space. The villa is spread on about 1000 m2 and has 3 levels.

Ground floor:

Living room with access to the garden and the swimming pool.

Bedroom 1: queen size kosher bed and en suite bathroom with tub.

Bedroom 2: single bed with view and access to the pool. Separate private bathroom with shower.

Fully equiped kosher kitchen.

Dining room with a table that can accomodate up to 8 people.

All wooden private synagogue.

Office.

Guest toilets.

Shelter.

First floor:

Living room furnished with a couch and equiped with TV, electric fireplace and reception leading to the main dining room.

Main dining room with a XL table which can accomodate up to 24 people. Luxury wooden cabinets all around, guest powder room and open plan kosher kitchen. This whole area, great for large gathering is about 100 m2.

Access to the bedrooms.

Bedroom 3 and 4: 1 single bed, desk, en suite bathroom with shower. Suitable for children.

Bedroom 5. Couch which can be converted to 2 single beds. En suite bathroom with shower.

Second floor:

Master suite with kind size bed, wardrobe, access to the terrace with swing and sea view, en suite luxury bathroom with tub and shower.

Sauna.

Living room with couch and electric fireplace, access to the terrace.



Outdoors:

Front and back gardens with plenty of space to run around.

Private swimming pool.

Loungers and garden furniture with various seating area.

Dining area by the pool.



INCLUDED AMENITIES

- AC/heat unit in every area.

- Bed linens and towels provided for each guest.

- Washing machine and drying rack in the apartment.

- Iron and board.

- Toiletries starter kit: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper.

- Cooking starter kit: Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Coffee, tea and sugar. Dish soap.



EXTRA SERVICES UPON REQUEST (prices incl. VAT)

- Parking garage: included in the booking

- Baby bathtub: 50 ₪ per stay.

- Pack 'n play: 100 ₪ per stay.

- Wooden crib: 500 ₪ per stay. Please notify us at least 24h in advance.

- Baby high chair: 50 ₪ per stay.

- Extra cleaning during stay: 80₪ per hour+20₪ transportation. 1 hour minimum.

The entire apartment is at your disposal for a pleasant stay.

Our team members do their best to be available for our guests, either in person, by email, phone or messages.

PASSPORT AND VAT

- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment.

- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 17% VAT of the total booking price.

- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats.

- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 17% VAT.

- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property.

- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 17% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.



THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The villa is located in the north of Netanya, right by the sea, The city center is a short drive away and the highway to exit the city towards other advertures is closeby. The beach is a few steps away. Northern localities and attractions are reachable by car within minutes, depending on traffic.



GETTING AROUND

We highly recommend renting a car as there is a garage in the house. Going around in Netanya is easy but the city is quite spread out along the coast and public transportation unreliable.
