In der Wohnung war zu wenig Geschirr fĂŒr 4 Personen vorhanden. GrundsĂ€tzlich war die Wohnung Schlecht ausgestattet, neben wenigen Tellern, gab es nur eine senseo Kaffeemaschine, ohne Tabs, der Toaster war kaputt, und vieles mehr. Der KĂŒhlschrank kĂŒhlt kaum. Die Fenster waren dreckig Die Fernbedienung funktionierte nicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schlecht gedĂ€mmt. Im Kinderzimmer hört es sich an, als duscht man im Badezimmer mit. Des Weiteren wurde statt 18€ wie bei Expedia erlĂ€utert fĂŒr die Reinigung ein Betrag von 40€ verlangt, der zu zahlen ist, sonst dĂŒrfe man die Wohnung nicht beziehen .

Insgesamt okay. Ist halt ne FeWo wo man keine großen Erwartungen haben sollte, die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Negativ war definitiv der Schweißgeruch im Schlafzimmer der durch starkes lĂŒften nicht verschwand, schlafen nur mit offenen Fenster möglich. Die StĂŒhle haben die beste Zeit sich schon Hintersinn, durchgesessen und sind schon so wackelig das man schon Angst haben muss s das da man runter fĂ€llt. Wohnung sehr hellhörig, das gesabbel der Nachbarn war nicht zu ĂŒberhören. WĂŒrde ich nochmal kommen? Ich weiß es ehrlich gesagt nicht.

Unsere Ferienwohnung war doppelt gebucht, wurde erst vor Ort bemerkt. Der Hausherr konnte uns zum GlĂŒck mit einer anderen Wohnung aushelfen. Dort war alles ok.

Trotz mehrfacher Telefonate mit der Hausverwaltu g wurden schwerwiegende MĂ€ngel nicht behoben. Der Rolladen im Wohnbereich ließ sich ĂŒber unseren gesamten Aufenthalt nicht hochziehen, die SpĂŒlmaschine und Mikrowelle waren defekt und somit nicht nutzbar, die Schließanlage der HaustĂŒr funktionierte nicht. Es kam keine RĂŒckmeldung vom Vermieter.

Sauna nicht in Betrieb, total verdreckt, wurde auf Internetseite nicht erwĂ€hnt das sie wegen Corona wohl nicht in Betrieb ist. Mehrere MĂ€ngel in der Wohnung von verkalktem Duschkopf, kaputten KĂŒchenutensilien, verdrecktem Besteck, defektem Rollladen.
