Hotel war ok

Pros: alles ander war stimmig!
Cons: Wie oben schon erwähnt. Vielleicht die Treppe zur Gartenanlage kehren, besserer Eindruck Es fehlen Aufenthaltsräume für die Gäste. Nicht nur für 2-4 P
Location: Leider konnten wir , außer im Hotel keine andere Betätigungen für den Abend finden.
Von 5 Tagen konnten wir an drei Nächte keine Ruhe finden. Zimmer 410 und die anschließenden Zimmer waren von jungen Leuten belegt. Außer an zwei Nächte konnten wir keine Ruhe finden. Der Lärmpegel , Unterhaltung in den Zimmern und auf dem Flur, in den Zeiten von 1 Uhr 30, 2 Uhr, 2 Uhr 15, 24.00 Uhr usw. waren unerträglich. Jeweils an der Reception vermeldet und um Abhilfe gebeten. Leider wurden hier die falschen Personen angesprochen. Ein Professor nahm am vorletzten Tag das Gespräch auf und sorgte für Entschuldigung und Abhilfe. Ihr Haus überraschte uns mit einem Gutschein. Sie stellten einen Gutschein für zwei Nächste aus. Alles ist ok, leider konnten wir durch Schlafdefizit und dadurch aufkommende Kreislaufproblemen an den vorgegeben Aktion der Krankenkasse nicht immer teilnehmen. Nun müssen wir gegenüber der Kasse dies auch begründen. Schade, es hätte hier wohl anders laufen können. Belegung des Zimmers, verantwortlichen Führung bei den jungen Leute der Kondrad Adenauerstiftung ermitteln. Name Ehepaar Karin und Herbert Fouquet

Für die Beeinträchtigungen durch andere Gäste möchte ich mich bei Ihnen entschuldigen und gleichzeitig versichern, dass wir alles in unserer Macht stehende unternehmen, solche Störungen zu vermeiden, leider gelingt uns dies nicht immer. Unser Haus ist normalerweise gerade durch die Lage und Ruhe beliebt und ich bedauere sehr, dass dies während Ihres Aufenthaltes nicht der Fall war. Ich werde Ihre Hinweise aber auch noch einmal zum Anlass nehmen, unsere Mitarbeiter zu sensibilisieren, diesbezüglich positiv auf andere Gäste einzuwirken. Ich würde mich freuen, Sie einmal wieder hier willkommen zu heißen und verbleibe mit besten Grüßen Steffen Krause

War ok

Cons: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung der Zimmer, Wlan (zu langsam,schlechter Empfang), Buffet Preis/Leistungsverhältnis zu teuer oder grösseres Buffet.
Wir hatten uns von einem 4 Sterne Hotel mehr erwartet. Das erste Zimmer dass wir erhalten hatten war nicht geputzt worden. Das Zweite Zimmer war ok. Das Wlan war sehr mager relativ Langsam und nicht überall Empfang. Die Sauna war gut, wiederum der Whirlpool war für seinen Platz sehr klein gehalten. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist in unseren Augen zu kurz geraten resp. zu teuer für das was angeboten wurde. Service war ok/freundliche Personal. Für ältere oder Rollstuhlfahrer hat es kein Lift den sie benutzen könnten. Allgemein von Aussen macht es einen schönen Eindruck, leider von Innen muss man dem 4 Stern gerecht werden. Für uns kommt es für ein zweites mal nicht in Frage.

Empfehlenswert

Hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel befindet sich in ruhiger Lage ca. 10 minuten, mit Auto entfernt von Zwickau. Schöne Anlage, einzig der Neubau passt Optisch nicht ganz dazu. Preis-Leistung absolut gerechtfertigt. Personal war soweit auch freundlich, hervorzuheben sind die Rezeptions-Angestellten. Bis auf das Frühstück, können wir, Kulinarisch gesehen, nicht viel sagen, da wir nur außerhalb essen waren, aber auch das passt und ist dem Preis-Leistungs verhältnis angepasst.

Schönes Wochenendhotel

Tolle Lage Optimales Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Zimmer im historischem Trakt klein aber ausreichend auch für 2 Erwachsene mit 2 kleinen Kindern fürs verlängerte Wochenende. Positiv fällt zudem auf, dass man für Zustellbett keine Extragebühren verlangt. Wunderschöner Schlossgarten. Pompöse Rezeption im Hauptgebäude.
