The room was not clean at all. There were sauce stains on the bedskirt, and the lack of cleanliness was uncanny. Also while staying, this isn’t staffs fault, but the elevator got restarted by the fire department. It was deemed unsafe!

In need of some TLC. My children wouldn’t take a shower based on the looks of the bottom of the tub. It was nice that they offer a complementary breakfast.

Never a bad time in the "hamptons"

As always this is our go to hotel when we come up to visit family and this place never disappoints. Rooms are always comfy and cozy, snacks available on multiple floors, an indoor pool, and the breakfast is always filling and satisfying.

The shower had rust stains running down the wall. The bathroom faucet was flimsy and loose like it was going to break off at any moment. Also the pipes underneath the bathroom sink were taped up with blue duct tape. Just tacky.

This hotel is usually my go to, however, this time my room #215 is located directly above the front entrance with the automatic doors opening and closing so loudly and non stop, as they do, as if they were in my room. Maybe next time ill just sleep in the lobby!
