Loved the room, balcony, live music in the quiet bar! Spacious room, very comfy beds, 2Q with balcony facing Orleans, could see cathedral and Bourbon, easyvwalk to Jackson Square and riverfront. Mardi gras noise didn’t bother me, pretty quiet by 2am. But the shower sucked! Not the right fixture for a small stall. Rainfall shower head that was too close to wall, had to be on an angle and couldn't stand under it so good thing it also had a sprayer on a hose. Then NO hot water on 2nd day! They didn't tell us we had a $20 room credit at the bar until we overheard them telling someone else as we were checking out, too late for us and after we visited bar several times.

I cannot give this hotel a positive review because they ripped me off and is refusing to refund me. I submitted my paperwork to the GM of this hotel and awaiting feedback. Hotel manager Alex Salas missed up my reservation

Great Stay

We only stayed one night. But wished we had booked it for longer. Location was great. But, the folks were the real luxury. They were all so friendly and courteous. Would recomment to anyone.

The location was prime but think certain things could be changed. The cleaners came at 3ish pm and we asked if they could wait 30mins but they wouldn’t. I called down to ask the front and was told they already left for the day. Due to the rain we were allowed to charge to the room which also didn’t make sense.

This hotel ripped me off, the manager Alex Salas advised me that my checkout date was March 5 when in fact it was March 6. As a result, I booked stay at another hotel Only to be advised on the date of checkout I had an additional day which they refused to refund me!! Totally unacceptable and I would never stay or recommend this hotel To anyone
