Perfect spot in New Orleans

The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are perfect. They have blackout curtains, walk in shower. Everything you could ask for and more. Valet was extremely fast.

The property has a lovely lobby and nice decor but a lot of things in the room itself didn't work. The first room had no mirror and was close to the elevator which kept us up most of the night with its beeping. We moved to a better room with a mirror but the toilet overflowed/didn't flush propery, the coffee maker had nowhere to be plugged in, the mirror spun around and didn't stay still.

Make sure on your day of departure you order your car from valet at least 30 minutes ahead of time. Ours was on the phone keeping us waiting an additional 15 minutes. We ordered our car 5 minutes before leaving our room. We went downstairs and the valet driver was on the phone. I went inside to complain, and he made his way to get the car. 20 mins and nobody else requesting a car.

This hotel is a hidden gem. I thoroughly enjoyed my 1 night stay. The room was clean and smelled amazing. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The price was VERY affordable!!! Every time I come back to New Orleans, this will be my hotel of choice.

A little problem initially with the plumbing, but enjoyed our stay. Staff, especially on the door and working the breakfast area, was outstanding. So convenient to many things without an overwhelming street/pedestrian/tourist scene.

I enjoyed everything about my stay at Hotel Tonnelle. It’s located in an area where you can walk and the trolly runs right in front the hotel if you prefer public transportation. The area is safe. The hotel staff was excellent and the valet staff were also very helpful. The breakfast at their bar was really good and the lobby was really cute.

The front desk staff (Ms. Keyanna and Candy) were absolutely wonderful; very friendly, helpful, and professional. Though to be honest, all of the staff I encountered during my stay was Amazing.
