Host tried to help with what she could but hot tub was disgusting and did not work most the time we were there then heated pool did not work other than 2 Days of our 5-day stay cleaners could have been a lot better four full cans of trash when we got there and beer bottles left outside at pool overall still a nice house just disappointed didn't get to enjoy all the amenities for what we paid

Beautiful house BUT

No problem checking in. The house is beautiful but I think they need a new house keeper.Not very clean. The oven was very dirty. We rented this house because it said it could sleep 9. 3 bedroom with beds for 6. Two living rooms with couch’s. Only one was a hide bed. No extra bed lines for them. After trying to message the owner several times to get more linens I Had to ask the next door neighbors if they had a number for the owner and she said someone would drop them off by the front door. We also rented this house because they said the pool was heated but it wasn’t and it was cold. The spa was a joke. It was a blowup one and the water was nasty. The deck around the pool was terrible moldy nasty. My husband spent a couple hours cleaning up the deck because we had children and our grandchildren that would be running around in it. When we got there, we asked the owner about a grill all that was there with a charcoal grill and it was nasty and terrible. Did not plan on going to buy charcoal while on vacation. I could go on and on. But overall, the house itself was nice, but the owner needs to put a little bit of time and money into it. And get a new house keeper.Would not let me put on the rest of the pictures.

My family and I had a great time. The home was very nice. Loved the outdoor space. Nicholle was very prompt on getting back with me with any message I sent. Thank you so much for the stay. I would def recommend to others.

Trash was left in house and pool was dirty. The owner did respond in a timely manner and send out the house cleaner with a gift card and the pool guy the next day. Stay was fine other than that.

Great house!

This house was wonderful for several adults. The two spacious living areas, in addition to the large patio, offered privacy and places to relax away from a large group. The pool was well kept and refreshing. The house was located centrally to restaurants, retail establishments, and close to beaches/inlets/bays.

The house was BEAUTIFUL, clean! Just some suggestions. The yard needs to be cleaned up. The patio should be power washed. We had to where shoes constantly or our feet were black. You need knowledge about how to run the pool. Also, more hand towels for dishes. We couldn't sit by the fire pit. The yard was too dirty. Also knowledge about the hot tub. It needs filters. you would have had all 5 stars if it wasn't for the yard.
