Whether you’re curling up with a good book, playing board games, streaming your favorite shows, or listening to your favorite tunes, this inviting space brings the outdoors in—without sacrificing comfort.

Step outside into your private backyard oasis, where you can fish from the shore, grill fresh seafood, or enjoy a laid-back meal by the water. You’ll also have access to the community kayak launch and campground at the north end of the road:

Kayak Launch Area: Enjoy complimentary kayaks, a crab trap, and a dock for easy water access. Paddle within 4 hours of high tide for the best experience.

Community Campground: Featuring a covered grilling area, picnic tables, string lights (just ask Alexa to “turn on the grill lights”), a fire pit with Adirondack chairs, and a quiet wooded trail—perfect for roasting marshmallows and stargazing.
