Schooner Point on kaunis, hiljainen pakopaikka, joka sijaitsee aivan rannalla. Yksikössä on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta ja nukkuu jopa 7 henkilöä. Siinä on 1 king-size-vuode, 1 queen-size-vuode ja 3 erillistä vuodetta (sarja kerrossänkyä vyöryn kanssa). Se sijaitsee 1. kerroksessa ja siinä on moderni sisustus, graniittitasot ja uudemmat laitteet, kaapit ja kalusteet. Suuri keittiön niemimaa mahtuu mukavasti jopa 8 tai luo upean työ- / käsityötilan. Huoneistohotelli on erittäin hyvässä kunnossa ja se sijaitsee ei-ajavalla rannalla New Smyrna Beachin eteläpäässä. Pysäköinti ja pääsy tähän huoneistoon ei voisi olla helpompaa! Wifi ja kaapeli sisältyvät hintaan. Huoneiston sisällä on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. On kolme televisiota (kaksi kaapelilla, olohuoneessa ja isäntä) ja kaksi DVD-soitinta. Patio on pöytä, jossa on istumapaikat kuudelle ja kahdelle keinutuolille. Siellä on (lämmitetty) uima-allas ja grillit. Tupakointi tai lemmikkieläimet eivät ole sallittuja.

I can't say enough about our stay! The condo is just beautiful in every way - the decor, the cleanliness, the location. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need, the sheets are nice and soft, the towels are of high quality. The beds are very comfortable. Kerry is great to communicate with - she responds very quickly if you reach out to her! The condo is just steps from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Thank You! We will definitely stay here again if we're in New Smyrna Beach!

Fantastic stay!

Our family has stayed in new Smyrna beach for over 30 years. This was our first time back in 10 years. Schooner Point has many precious memories of our family and friends. Highly recommended

My wife and I stayed with our 3 kids 10, 8 and 5 and we absolutely loved the condo. Ground floor is very convenient as the pool and beach access are a short walk away. The host was very friendly and accommodating they had everything that we needed for the beach, including beach toys and boogie boards. I would highly recommend staying here while in New Smyrna area.

I would stay again! (But don't tell too many people)

The home is well laid out with a modern and fun décor. The beds are very comfortable (memory foam pads). Its the 1st time I have not missed my own bed. The home is turnkey with lots of unexpected extras. The owner was very accommodating. Kerry let me shift my stay by a day with an early check-in and did not charge extra. We had the beach and pool to ourselves most of the time. My daughter was working from home and found the internet to be up to speed! This unit is a gem!!!!

Awesome Host!

Kerry was amazing. She is very quick to reply to concerns. The unit to stocked with almost everything you will need for the beach. I came prepared but if you aren’t she has you covered. We will rent Ruth unit again. The only downside is Brno had it listed as oceanfront. While it faces the ocean, you can’t see the ocean. I’m glad I rented it anyway.

Perfect location for a quiet vacation

A beach umbrella, boogie boards, toys, pack n play, high chair, games, DVDs even little things like tape and paper and crayons made our stay so much easier with young children! Everything you could want and need

NSB was been a vacation spot for us for 3 years now. The area is great with a beautiful beach. This condo is amazing! The pictures are accurate and it has everything. We were beyond amazed at how well stocked it was. The owner communicated with us before and during the trip. If this is your first time planning a vacation to NSB you will come back!
