Olemme rakentaneet kotiin kauneuden ulkona mielessä. On näkymä järvelle lähes joka huoneessa, sillä on suuret ikkunat ja ranskalaiset ovet tekemällä sisälle valoisa ja ilmava.
Kokit keittiö on Uusittu ruostumattomasta laitteet ja teurastaja estää työtasot ja graniitti ympärillä pesuallas. Se on varustettu kaikella mitä mahdollisesti tarvitaan, ja jos et kokata, olemme kävelyetäisyydellä monia hienoja restraunts, myös meidän suosikki, Houstons. Olemme myös vain muutaman askeleen päässä Trader Joes ja muiden paikallisten ruokakaupat.

Perfectly clean, updated luxury home at the Marina. Enjoyed our 4 night stay and the Restaurant adjacent was the best too…Great happy hour 100 feet from the back door. Pool was beautiful. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful home!

My family stayed here for a long weekend before Disney, and we had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. Family last minute trip

We got really lucky to find this beautiful house in New Smyrna Beach a week before spring break. Our cruise was canceled a week before we were going to board and we were all devastated. This house was amazing and we could come and go so easily to the beach. The pool was awesome and backed right up to Outriggers restaurant with great drinks and food.

Fantastic Property

This property is fantastic. It was perfectly clean and well organized when we arrived. The kitchen is well appointed and you can certainly cook meals if you wish. All furnishings are like new. Beautiful location with a great restaurant steps away. The beach is convenient (just a few minute drive), the pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained.

Perfect get away

We so enjoyed our stay here! The home was beautiful - clean, comfortable & plenty of room for our crew! We love Outriggers, so it was really convenient to walk to and from drinks and dinner. Plus it wasnt too far from the beach. Right between Canal & Flagler - lots of really nice shopping & restaurants. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

the home is beautiful, and the location is ideal. We went to Daytona for the race and this was the perfect home base. Would definitely stay here again. the only negative was that we were not here long enough to enjoy all that New Smyrna had to offer

Great spot for a beach getaway!

Communication with Rachel was great! The house was even better than we imagined, super clean, attention to detail, everything was fully stocked (towels, starter toiletries, clean linens). The location was extremely convenient and safe with a secured gate at the front entrance. The restaurant Outriggers is within the community and has amazing food and drink. I can’t wait to book another getaway at this house!

Perfect canal-front home!

We stayed for a week with our immediate family, 2 adults and 6 kids. The house had plenty of room and was very simple and charming. The kids loved the pool and fishing from the canal. Highly recommend the quiet neighborhood located just a few minutes drive from New Smyrna’s dining and shopping district.

Lovely home in an early-stage-transitional neighborhood

I hesitate to write this review because I only like to say positive things, but when I read all the other reviews I felt 100% certain that we had found the perfect place. I need to be completely honest so that a future renter isn’t surprised like we were. The house itself was spacious and lovely inside. The front porch swing is delightful to sit on and look out at the lake (as long as you keep your eyes forward). I had read other descriptions and was expecting it to be super well appointed, but I found many things missing. It was probably a one off, but we had no soaps or shampoos, no dishwashing detergent, one broken hair dryer, the one adult bike had two flat tires and couldn’t be pumped up and the other was a child’s bike, so it was too small for us to use. (That was a big deal for us, as we had planned to ride bikes all over and the bike rental store in town was closed for the week.) The bed in the master bedroom was a Comfort Air, but one side did not pump up, so it was super saggy. Rachel was incredibly responsive to our needs, but it was frustrating to have to text each day with some little thing. We also wish there were black out curtains in the downstairs bedroom as the garage light shown directly into it. Rachel’s husband did turn out two of the outdoor lights shining in, but there was still one more that couldn’t be turned off. The garage door remote did not work after the first day, so we didn’t have access to the one of the paddle boards (luckily we had taken one out on the first day, so we at least had that, but my teenagers wanted to paddle board together and couldn’t). The pool was nice looking, but we had chilly weather so the water was too cold to swim. Lastly, this is by far the nicest house on the block. That was my biggest shock. I felt a bit uncomfortable being surrounded by houses that looked abandoned. I imagine that in 5-10 years all of those houses will be either knocked down or renovated and it will be a lovely street because it’s a convenient location, but for now it’s pretty rough. Again, I feel badly writing this, Rachel was lovely to work with, but there is a long punch list that needed to be attended to and the neighborhood really is a bit dodgy.
