Two retired couples shared this oceanfront condo. Newly remodeled bathrooms were very nice. Property is a great location for beach walks and easy access to all parts of New Smyrna Beach. Owners responded very quickly to questions I had. A wonderful stay!

Perfect location, close to a lot of fun little places. Our view of the ocean was excellent, and the pool was clean and nice warm water. Cleaning service could have put a little more effort in cleaning, especially the shower and floors, but it was not horrible. Lot of supplies and beach stuff was nice!

This property was even better in person. The views and location were absolutely gorgeous. The property manager was responsive and so helpful with restaurant recommendations...he really went above and beyond. This condo is very comfortable, in a good location. with a balcony overlooking the ocean and the pool. The decor really sets the mood of vacationing and relaxing. A big plus is the kitchen that is very well equipped with every utensil needed to prepare meals. Chris is a wonderful host and answered any questions I had immediately. We definitely will stay here again and recommend it.

Nice place , great location. Right on beach.

Just left this was our first visit to New Smyrna really liked it overall plenty to do everything is close by. This unit is the first one right on the beach so it close everything is there for you in the condo so just groceries and your ready . Also a big plus the keys are in a lock box right on the front door so easy access when you arrive so no hunting anyone or hunting down your keys .

This was our first time visiting NSB. The area was very clean and family oriented. This condo is located in the perfect spot. It had everything we needed for the beach to include chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, beach towels, some games and toys as well. It is a 30 second walk to the beach and pool!

Great Week In Spite of the Weather

Since we were here during Eta, we had some rain and windy conditions, but being so comfortable in this condo was wonderful. The condo has a well-stocked kitchen, a relaxing living area and plenty of room. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and was a great place to enjoy the beach, but be out of the wind. Perfect vacation

The location is absolutely terrific. So close to the pool, beach, and practically anything you may need (groceries, beach items, and ice cream just to name a few..) is directly across the street. I wouldn't change anything and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The property was clean and exactly as described. Very highly recommended. You won't regret staying here.
