Room was very clean as was the remainder of hotel. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Everything worked as it should. Room was small but comparable in size to most NYC rooms. Enjoyed the stay.

Everything You Need in a New York Hotel

Convenient location, great staff, and very clean. It was even quiet at night, which is not always the case in midtown Manhattan. Would stay again without hesitation.

Great stay for six days. Although the room was small it was clean and new and provided everything I needed (except for a fridge). A coffee shop downstairs and another nearby. Desk staff were very helpful.

Nice hotel with nice staff.

Very clean hotel. Everything looks new. Very friendly staff. The only reason I I didn't give it 5 stars because housekeeping kept knocking on my door even though I had my Do Not Disturb sign up. This happened several times. Also, I arrived early so I had them hold my bags until my room was ready. They charged me $1 per bag. I had $3,000 for my stay. Charging me $1 seems trivial and was a bad customer experience.
