This hotel is new and they work hard to keep everything great. Building and rooms are clean, house keeping works pretty good. Front desk staff all wonderful, if you have any questions or problems they are there for you and solve anything so fast. Neighborhood is a little tricky as a first impression but everyone lives around here is on their own. Definitely recommended place.

It was gnats everywhere in the room for no reason other than that it’s clean the c level need more supplies and the stairs r confusing needs more instructions

My stay on 8/9 was terrible. The night I stayed there I wanted to take a late shower after all our activities and there was zero hot water and my significant other and I were forced to take a ice cold shower at 2 in the morning. Making maters worse there was loud music coming from the neighboring rooms and a block party by the building till almost 5 in the morning. I made all these complaints to the evening desk worker & nothing was done. Waking up the next day at 9 in the morning only sleeping less than four hours I still had no hot water !! I was forced to take another I cold shower and the maintenance man did not show up till 10:15 when check out was at 11 !

First room had a roach in it and it was very small, thankfully the guy at the front desk got us another room. Felt like I was in the hood and the hotel has a F rating on the door that I didn’t know about. I looked at the google reviews and I wish I looked before booking. Stay in manhattan if you can going all the way back here killed my vibe every time, it’s just out the way. Do better Expedia let me know next time

Disappointment

I need to mention that during my second night staying there, I had a horrible experience. In the middle of the night there were people probably having a party late at night making very loud noise, talking really loud, a taming and banging the walls. Due to this I was not able to sleep. Early in the morning when I checked out I reported this to the receptionist. His answer was asking if I new what appartment this loud were coming from. He even said that he did not heard anything, therefore he did not show any concern about it. Staying in a place where you can’t rest due to disruption that other people create is the worst experience anyone can go through. I am very disappointed I had to go through this. Walking up several times late at night in a hotel is the last thing people want ti experience
