During my stay, I found the staff support to be lacking. I called the front desk for help with the TV, and they said they would send someone up. After waiting about 45 minutes with no response, I went down to the front desk again and was told someone would come up shortly. Eventually, someone did come and turned the TV on, but the remote didn’t work. I returned to the front desk to request batteries and was asked to leave the remote there. An hour later, no one had come by, so I went back again and finally received a replacement remote — which also didn’t work because the TV required a Roku remote. In addition, the vending machines in the lobby were poorly stocked, and several were out of order. Overall, the response time and service quality were disappointing and made the stay far less convenient than expected. Needless to say I am definately not returning to this hotel.

I was staying in the room with my daughter and we asked room service for extra pillows and a comforter and they said that only one was allowed per room and they couldn’t give us extra. We wanted to be more comfortable sharing a bed and having our own covers. For almost 300 a night, we should be able to get extra sheets if we want. Not a great experience.

Room was not ready at listed check in time. The hotel itself is scary looking although the rooms itself was fine. Just weird! No shelves in the shower so you had to keep shampoo and soap on the floor!!! The area is walkable (walked to UBS) but there isn’t really anywhere to get breakfast nearby.

Property smelled and the rooms smelled like smoke and weed. The rooms were in poor conditions. There was holes on the sheets and the room was dirty and no renovated. The parking space was unsafe. Many young man were standing behind my car in the dark and hiding behind other cars. I do not recommend this hotel. It only looks decent in the pictured but in reality it does not deserve this price.

They need to change their pillows, it’s so flat that u need 2/3 pillows. The bed is good and comfortable but the front desk guy was horrible, took too much time to check in and asked pillows several times like 4 times and got smelly pillows. They didn’t have any napkins inside and the AC was noisy but it’s okay because it’s noisy almost everywhere.
