They said I was booked in a smoking room. I explained that I don’t smoke. They wouldn’t change my room. The whole floor smells like smoke. Even in my room I can smell someone smoking. It’s disgusting.

The worse experience ive ever had. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISGUSTING PLACE!!!! AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN THE HORRIBLE WEED SMELL WILL GREET YOU. THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY RUDE. BATHROOM IN ROOM LEAKING WATER. TV NOT WORKING. ROOM SMELL LIKE WEED ABD CIGARETTES. MUSIC FROM OTHER ROOM SUPER HIGH. MOANING SOUND OF A WOMAN HAVING S&X FROM ACROSS ROOM. I WAS WITH BOTH OF MY LITTLE DAUGHTER AND I THANK GOD THET WERE ASLEEP WHEN ALL THESE SOUNDS WERE HALPENING. I WOULD NEVER EVER A MILLION YEAR STAY IN THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN, IF I COULD RATE THEM 00000009 I WOULD. THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE OPENED FOR THE PUBLIC WITH FAMILY, THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. Why didn't I read the reviews and looked up the place before even committing to paying for it. This hotel should not be a kid friendly place, is cery unsafe.
