Poor small rooms.

Dirty bathroom with cockroaches evident. Very loud staff at all hours of the night. Room was close to reception and lots of items stored outsode the room.

We had a wonderful trip, and a lovely stay here at the Citadines. The hotel was clean, well kept, well staffed, and from what we could tell very sustainable, which we really appreciated as well. The bed was super comfortable!

The location is great - close to Times Square and Rockefeller Center. On the bus line and a short walk to subway and Grand Central Station. Room is reasonably clean, but floors needed mopping. Free breakfast is grab and go - they put a croissant, banana, and OJ in a bag on your door. It never changes day to day but it’s something.
